Went here tonight with my husband and 3 kids around 7:30, there was a 3 person group finishing up their order, and us. It took the employee at least 10 – 15 minutes to figure out how to ring them up because they paid with a gift card. Meanwhile, she didn’t acknowledge my family. We stood and waited, and waited, and waited. When it was finally our turn I ordered 2 pre-created items from the menu but wanted a different ice cream flavor on one… well she forgot to put the cookie dough in my husband’s, and I got the hot for cookie but wanted oreo ice cream instead of vanilla, come to find out after I paid that it was vanilla, and the cookie was rock hard. I didn’t ask for a refund or new item because by this time there were 5 more people using line, seemingly just as frustrated about the slow service as I. I also want to point out that the entire time we waited for the slow worker she never once apologized for the wait, and there was a second girl restocking items when she could have been helping with the rush. Another thing worth mentioning was that the 2nd stocking girl was wearing short gym shorts and a t shirt that had nothing to do with the business, it looked very unprofessional. Overall, dissatisfied with customer service, worker appearance, and accuracy of ordered items. Will not return to this location. **no Military discount at this location either.

Well… Since we are running low on Baskin-Robbins around here, It sure is nice to have a Cold Stone in the Area. This Ice Cream is Awesome. All the Creations they have are very cool too. It is a Must Visit to try one of the Many combinations. And of course you can just have a plain ol’ Ice Cream Cone or in a Cup or a Shake. A bit on the spendy side but I think that’s just How it is nowadays. They also Have a selection of Ice Cream Cakes for those Special Ones in your life. This is a Nice Location at the Ferry terminal, when there’s no line and you aren’t running for the ferry… The Staff always seems well mannered & friendly. In the mood for some Ice Cream ?? Ya can’t go wrong at Cold Stone.

I would have loved to go in, but we were with a four year old and there wasn’t parking. The closest was about four blocks away. It was hot and we had a four year old, the streets were busy and we weren’t going to attempt to get there.

I stopped by after a long day with a newborn and the environment wasn’t friendly. If this wasn’t the only thing my grandma wanted for mothers day I wouldve yelled at the very gross crew. They didnt wash their hands once even after touching cash and since they don’t wear gloves this is a major issue! How gross. I really was mad that I was giving them money I worked hard for. The guy rubbed his nose as he made my ice cream so fucking gross. I dont qqknow why I even paid them for their bad service poorly made ice cream that wasnt made to recipe and was a gaint ball of ice cream coated with toppings because after i told my grandma how nasty the crew was she asked if we could go to baskin robbins so we did. They wear gloves and make good consistent products! This location has gone down hill and honestly I wont be going to another cold stone location anytime soon. Because of how horrible this one is. I wanted to bust him out while he rubbing his nose making my ice cream with no gloves but he’d just done similar things the everyone else’s orders and there was a line.

Rude service. Came in near closing time and they refused to serve a few black customers that came in. Reason was that because they were closed. Sure, would have been okay except for the fact that no less than minutes after they left, an elderly white couple came in and a young white male came in an they continued to serve them…

Great service and convenient location, the only downside is this is the only Cold Stone in town and it can get busy=long waits.

Its not worth the price. Plus, the atmosphere is really lacking. Dirty bathrooms, sticky tables and floors. I would rather go to the grocery store and get a pint and eat it in my clean house.

The ice cream is good and the serving sizes are ginormous. I made the mistake of thinking the small wouldn’t be enough and went for the medium. I only ended up being able to finish about half of it. The only downside is they are pretty pricey.

Excellent ice cream! I love the location on the waterfront. Perfect for people who have to wait on ferry. It is within walking distance. Great customer service. Love all the choices for toppings. They also have smoothies! My favoritevis to add peanut butter! Will be back!

Super tasty, creative toppings, and the counter gals were über-friendly. Tip: This shop is two doors down from a Starbucks… coffee + ice cream = YUM! :)

The ice cream is better than average and its cool how you can essentially make your own Ben & Jerry style concoction by having them mix in whatever topping sounds good at the moment. I think the best value is to get a «small»(p.s. it’s not) and take the free mix-in of your choice that comes with it. My favorites are the candy bars that are really a combination of several ingredients anyway.
