Their customer service definitely needs to be worked on. Everytime I go in I feel like I’m being a bother to them. Also I know they are local but who charges mocha as a flavor? It’s a coffee drink. I will choose Starbucks over this place any day. At least you get a smile and better prices.

They have white coffee! They get 5 stars just for that :)

Quick espresso before the ferry. I didn’t want to wait at Starbucks for a burnt shot so I was pleasantly surprised when I got my perfectly pulled shots in half the time. Their snacks and pastries looked yummy but I didn’t have time this trip to sneak a bite.

Great to have a small place on a busy corner so that green mermaid place isn’t the only choice. They actually know what a cappuccino is. The pregnant girl with the pretty eyes was super nice. And her coffee was perfect. Thanks!

The girl who took my order was super sweet and helpful(the only reason this review isn’t 1star.) I ordered a few coffees and breakfast goods to go. Then moved on down to the end of the bar to wait on my drinks. The barista(pregnant lady with chest tattoo) was rude and seemed bothered that I was ordering coffee. Even when leaving I tried to be nice by saying to have a nice day to which she replied in monotone voice, «yeah, you too» not even looking up, smiling, nothing. I had a sip of my coffee once we were on the ferry and it was obviously not what I ordered and was watered down. The food was your standard bagels and muffin. I chose this place over Starbucks across the street because I’d rather support local but, in all reality, I would have probably been better off at SB.

The food is not a strong point for this local business. They use cheddar for the chicken salad sandwich. The chicken salad does not have cranberries or anything that makes it unique. There is free wifi and this place has a great location next to the ferry. The staff is so friendly so I feel really guilty about giving this review. Locals love this place for their coffee. I didn’t have the coffee. The ambience is casual and has a small town feel. However, this is not a place I would return to for food or drinks.

I don’t even have to order any more! They know what I like and get started on it as soon as I walk in. Very friendly people, great coffee, welcoming atmosphere… all in all, definitely worth visiting regularly.

The Barista I’ve encountered a few times here is wonderful. This is normally in the evening before they close. I met my mom downtown and her and I came here for coffee. I will say it was an alright drink. I ordered a latte and mumsy had an americano(Late in the day they no longer had coffee in the pots). The 4 star rating has nothing to do with the atmosphere or help, the help is fabulous but I am not a fan of the coffee being used. It is alright, def beats the crap in a cup across the street.

Cute coffee shop, a little too cluttered but has a comfortable homey feel. No cold brew coffee :(the barista did offer me an iced americano instead which was nice but I don’t care for them so declined. She said that it was basically the same thing, which it is NOT, so if you have never had cold brew before, please don’t think it tastes the same. Had the medium roast drop brew and it was good. We also had the berry crumble and it was delicious!

Soooo good!!! I wish everyone that stopped across the street at Starbucks knew what they were missing. I was so excited to find that they offer white coffee! I always order the white chocolate white coffee, but The Hubbie loves their white chocolate mochas. Great cookies, too.

Really good coffee! Good sandwiches. This is a nice place to go when you’re waiting for the ferry but you’re sick of Starbucks. They have awesome dairy alternatives(Soy, almond, rice, Hemp milk). My only gripe is that they don’t have coconut milk, but hemp milk is pretty good. This is my favorite place for coffee if I’m in downtown Bremerton.

Cozy café. My husband and I went there for lunch and coffeeZ Coffee was really good. Lots of syrup flavors to choose from! Plenty of food choices– I had a chicken salad on croissant sandwich. Delicious. My husband had a wrap. He loved it. Staff was great. I will definitely be back.

If I could give a negative star, I would. The young lady behind the counter was extremely rude and impatient. She kindly greeted and served others… not sure what her issue was with me… sorry Hon’ I’ll take my sandwich order over to Starbucks next time. If you want a dirty, crappy service place that serves blah food, this might be your cup of tea. If not, keep walking.

Very quiet place on a beautiful Sunday in the Northwest. Really good latte and hot chocolates. The bathroom is very clean and the service was fine. Free Wi-Fi with password worked well. Plenty of space to sit down and comfortable chairs. Would definitely pass up on the Starbucks across the street :-)

Coffee is great. The service is inconsistent but they are quick and totally understand the whole«ferry-rush». Unlike their competitive neighbors, they get people in and out in a matter of seconds. Cold case selection could be improved a bit as other Unilocalers have stated. I seriously dig the quiche though! They have some great locally made crafty items like hats and scarves and LOTS of Seahawks stuff! Great little family owned coffee place. Oh, AND they let me bring my dog in! =)

The baristas are super friendly and willing to help or let you know about items that aren’t necessarily written on the board. My 6 year old normally loves whip cream on his coco, but for whatever reason decided that he didn’t want it one day. They were completely understanding and willing to do another one so he could have his perfect cup of coco, this time without whip. The coffee is good, better than the café up the street on the corner of 6th or 5th. We’ve lived here for just under a month now and I think I may have found my favorite coffee shop here! Much better than Starbucks(which happens to be across the street). The cookies are delicious!

Decent coffee and friendly service. Wish they had a better selection of baked goods. Not much ambience. It’s your typical mustard walls/dark wood coffee house look, plus a hodgepodge of locally made items and Seahawks flair for sale. Definitely nice to support this local spot over Starbucks across the street if you’re looking for a quick cup, but I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to come back.

Seriously disappointed in this one. All pastries looked like store bought from the supermarket. Even the bagels looked like the really large doughy ones I avoid at all costs. Not to mention that the shots weren’t pulled but dispensed from one of those push button machines. Coffee was passable at best.

Located conveniently near the ferry terminal, the coffee is pretty tasty. They have a good selection of flavored syrups to choose from. I ordered an americano with the tiramisu syrup and my friend ordered an americano with khakis syrup; both were the right balance of espresso and sweetness.
