There needs to be better customer service. They seemed uncaring about what you’re trying to buy. They need to smile and greet the customer in a kinder tone.

I’ve purchased a couple of pairs of shoes here, and both pairs were so comfortable! The styles are cute and very easy to wear.
I came here recently for a pair of boots. I found a nice pair right away, but they didn’t have my size. Since I didn’t find anything else I liked, I walked out empty handed. It’s fairly common for them not to have my size in stock.
Unlike the previous reviewers mentioned, I thought the service was pretty helpful here. The sales associate brought out some other styles when she didn’t find my size. She really tried to rectify the situation.
I also found an entire section of handbags on sale. Although I wasn’t shopping for handbags on this visit, I always think a sales on accessories is awesome!
I didn’t find what I needed on this visit, but I’ll definitely be back to see if they get my size in stock!

Horrible customer service. But then again, most Naturalizer stores are run by rude managers. He is very rude and for some reason yells A LOT. When I am talking to ask him a question, he just cuts me off before I finish saying what I wanted to say and start saying his own thing. and no, that’s not what I was going to ask.
On top of that he lies!!! I asked him if he had this item in white like it showed on the website and he said they all ran out and then started telling me about how I shouldn’t buy clearance item for this reason. (seriously? it is my choice to buy clearance item or not!) Then he snapped at me and said store only has it in blue. I stayed in the store trying to find another item. Then his coworker, bought out the white item to me!!! What!!! I thanked him and bought that item right away.
The quality of shoes are not that great either. I don’t know why people keep saying Naturalizer is comfortable. Because they are uncomfortable…. and on top of that they are not really leather. I got several shoes and purses that said genuine leather on it but that’s only thin layer of outside which peeled off for me. This is why their shoes don’t stretch. It’s leather but not really a leather.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Curt and unhelpful associates. Was looking to purchase 2 – 3 pairs of shoes since I am a fan of the Bzees and N5 collections, and was surprised to be treated like I was a bother to them for asking to try on several pairs of shoes so that I can make my selection. There was some eye rolling and hand waving… Seriously!!! What are we 5? Unfortunately, this is not my first horrible experience with them. I went back because I was giving him the benefit of the doubt (thought maybe last time I was there he was having a bad day). I guess he always treats customers that way.
I once also tried to return a pair of shoes that started to come apart at the seams after one week of purchasing them. I wore them for two days before I noticed the separation of the seams. I went back to return them within 7 days of the purchase date on my receipt and it took some convincing. Seriously, why would a shoe come apart after two wears. Even if he thought I wore it all 7 days why would he not assume it was a defect?!
If you love the Naturalizer brand go to Macy’s or Zappos or another location.

If possible I would of have rated this store less that one star,. Poor customer service, both on the phone and in-​store. POOR, POOR, POOR return policy. They refuse to return any merchandise that you are unsatisfied with if it shows any sign of wear (walking around the house constitutes as wear to Naturalizer). Please save your self the headache of buying anything here, shop at a different store, or a company with a better repetition of customer service. Mary and Augustine (sales associates) were RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. They were inpatient, and unprofessional. I will never spend any money at this dump again!
