The absolute worst result ever! Had my hair blown out and didn’t think it was possible to screw up a blow dry, but in fact yes you can! My bangs actually stuck straight up on one side… then my brows… I told the girl that one was arched higher than the other. She replied that was because one of my eyebrows was longer than the other:(. Came home to try to fix the damage only to find a long cut on each of my eyelids from the masterful threading! Stay away for your own good!

I cannot stress enough how you should AVOID this place. I went in for a blow out and called prior to my arrival to check on the price, $ 35.00. I was seen by Candice. I showed her a picture to replicate and my hair looks nothing like I would have imagined. Not only that but they upcharge everything…$ 10.00 extra for long hair WTF $ 10 extra for using a curling iron so what should be $ 35 is now $ 55 down the drain. Forget about the convenience of the mall and go to Blew Blow Dry bar in Fullerton, they charge $ 35 for long hair and use curling irons too, imagine that.

I should have went to my normal threading place. Most horrible threading experience ever. I specifically asked to keep my brows the shape & thickness. I told her more than once that I just needed a clean & because she repeated what I asked for, I assumed she knew what she was doing. Again, I asked for her to clean my brows & to keep the shape AND thickness. She changed my brow shape AND threaded my brows way too thin. It seemed like it was the first time she threaded.
This place is SO not worth the price. $ 15 for brow & $ 8 for upper lip. They also try to sell you a membership too.
Thank goodness brow hair grows back. I will stick to Vinita’s threading.

Excellent attention to customer, my experience. While I was there, Sandy, receptionist, offered me a drink. Sara, who did my color, was very polite and engaging. Not only I have no stains on my skin, Sara also offered me a Coke! She also styled my hair and her «bedside» manner was just awesome: my scalp and face are sensitive, but I didn’t even have to say that. Excellent service (you get what you pay for!) I will go back.

I went in to go get my eyebrows done. I thought that the $ 15 price was a little bit pricey, however, I still managed to get my eyebrows threaded. The woman threading my eyebrows was very nice however she ended up cutting my skin with the thread I have gotten my eyebrows threaded before and this has never happened to me.

I went in asking how much it would be just to have my hair curled. She said $ 35!!! I know I have long hair but geezus, it’s $ 35 for their signature blow out which includes the wash, round brush blow out, AND the style. I was willing to pay, but not THAT much.
Can you say RIP OFF?
