Kiehl’s Since 1851

I stopped by the store to do a quick return, as an avid Kiehl’s enthusiast I’ve tried everything there is in the company for years now. I thought I knew exactly what I’d be exchanging, but I was assisted by Christian and WHOA does this man know his products! We chatted about some of our favorite products and even discontinued items (please bring back the mineral mascara!). Christian was very knowledgeable, friendly and as another Unilocaler mentioned ZERO PRESSURE to buy. I did not disclose this to him, but I am a licensed Esthetician so needless to say I know my stuff pretty well too. However, I found myself really blown away by his expertise. Had it not been for the ridiculous amounts of skin care products I already own, I probably would’ve purchased more beyond what I was exchanging. When in need for more products, I will be back again.

Perfect place for: skin care!
Staff: super helpful and super friendly. I had the pleasure of having Sandy help me out. She works strictly for the company, not just this location so she’s very knowledgable about all the products!
Price: it varies, I think of it as an investment. Preventative care is important to me. Think of prices similar to Origins.
Today they had a special where if you buy $ 65 worth of products you get 3 travel size products. (You have a limited selection to chose from) Gift with purchase for the win!
customer service: Amazing! I was so pleased with the amazing service I got. My 20 minute mini facial turned more Into a 45 minute facial with product lesson (which is what I wanted) it was great to work with someone who was so knowledgable and patient to make sure I tried whatever products I wanted to try and would explain why it would benefit my skin type.
Over all: check this place out if you’re looking for a new skin care line to try out!

This place is great. I love the Kiehl products. Yes me. A guy. Well I use some of the products. And I love them. They work very well. The lotion is great. And I use the soap a lot. This day I went in and got the soap. Been needing this for a while. But while there I was asked If i had done the whole skin check. Where they sit you down like at a make up area in a department store. I chose not to do it. But maybe next time. I was in the mall shopping for others. But I will say one thing about this shop they had everything that I hadn’t seen in a while and other products I had never seen before. I recommend this place for anyone who uses Kiehl products and all people who use skin products. Not only for the products but for the service they give you. Even if you buy nothing.

I was sooo happy Kiehls opened a store in Brea Mall. Going all the way to South Coast Plaza was such a trek for me. So much so that I started to exclusively shop online. But that doesn’t work for me unless I already know what I want. And usually I do. But when your skin feels like sandpaper from all the weather changes and you want some SOS for your skin stat, trying something new in the store is vital to picking the right product! I stopped in and met Christian, so friendly and knowledgeable and no pressure sales! He assured me that they don’t work on commission and to feel free to browse and ask questions. It’s so laid back here, I love it. He hooked me up with a great moisturizing mask and face cream and even gave me some deluxe size samples of a moisture serum that is actually quite amazing in theory. I hope in a few weeks, I can see a difference. I won’t be shopping online again, it’s so much more fun to shop in the store! Don’t forget to bring your old containers for their recycle program and sign up for their rewards. The lip balm tubes count towards your recyclables points for free stuff!

I have been to many Kiehl’s stores across US & this one is the far best! NICOLE is the person to go to! She is very knowledgeable, and will only recommend products that are for your skin type! She is so friendly, and she really makes you feel comfortable talking about your skin concerns! Because of her my skin will stay hydrated during my plane ride! :) Thank You Nicole

The manager Kelly and the sales associate Esther were both a great help. Very knowledgeable and extremely professional. They were able to help worth all of our skin concerns. Not pushy and very comfortable atmosphere.

Been here twice and each time had a great experience. Customer service is on point. And I’m so glad I invested in the face product which includes toner, eye cream, face wash, and some serum.
I will be back no doubt for a facial.
