What a disappointment! We were all ready to buy a mattress for my mother but when we tried to set up financing their Synchrony identity checking system would not believe I was me — because I didn’t know where my first husband who I haven’t seen in 30 years was living NOW! Then they turned down my 90 year old mother for no discernible reason. The worse part was that the store manager didn’t seem to care. Their prices aren’t that great and there are other places and people that care a lot more about all of their customers — not just the ones that can pay up front.
