Came in last week on my birthday randomly to get my nails done. Clean facility and friendly workers. Place is pretty large and I feel like there is kind of a bit of dead space, but my nails came out great!

Went in today and has such an amazing experience. I came in a bit early (Sunday) and it wasn’t too busy because they had just opened. I was seated quickly in my chair for a pedicure and introduced to my nail technician. I didn’t get his name (which I’m so upset about) but he was really sweet and professional. He took his time with everything he did, from filing my nails to my amazing massage. I almost fell asleep in my Chair, I was so relaxed.
When he gave me my total I was shocked, $ 25 for one of the best if not the best pedicures I’ve ever had. This all included a paraffin treatment, and amazing ten minute massage. I didn’t feel rushed in and out like every other nail salon I’ve been to. Will definitely be back.

My girlfriends and I came here before my wedding to get our nails done and for a little relax time. Clean, friendly, perfectionists. They DO use liners in the pedicure tubs, which is a huge plus for me as I can sometimes be described as a germophobe.
Our nails all came out excellent and the shoulder massage during dry time was a welcome surprise! I’ll be back next time I’m in town!

I have gone here quite a few times and had no issues. The last time I went in I paid with a credit card and another person paid cash. I was charged tax but she was not. We went again and the same thing. After being fined for not paying their employees correctly you think they would learn. They lost this customer.

I came here for a pedicure and it was one of the best if not the best I’ve ever had. It was only $ 25 and it included hot wax and a long foot and leg massage. It felt more like a spa pedicure than a regular. I was very pleased and will be glad to make the trip to come back!

I have been getting manicures on a regular basis for about 10 years now and I can confidently say this is the best nail salon I have been to.
I strolled in last night on the way back to my work location from Foxwoods. I had a rough day and just wanted to get some pampering, but I had no idea how great it would be. The salon closes at 7pm on Sundays and it was 630pm. I picked out a gel color for my manicure and proceeded to sit down. Half way through I asked the technician if the color I chose would match a picture I had of what I was trying to get. Two technicians helped me chose the color that best matched and were so helpful explaining how each one was different. The manicure turned out great!
While my nails were sealing in the UV light the manicurist gave me a fantastic massage. I do not like tough massages and this one was perfect for me! Once my nails were done drying she massaged my hands and then gave me a complimentary parafin wax treatment. I walked out and my hands were so soft and moisturized.
By the time i left (7:30) the salon was well beyond closed for the night. Even though they did not have to include these treatments they did and that just shows how much they care about their customers. I have been to salons in Boston, Chicago, New York, and all around the world. This was the best I have ever been treated and if I am in the area again for work I will definitely be returning.

Just had a gel manicure with Michael. He is the absolute best! He takes his time and actually cuts cuticles ! Also, free parafin hand dip. Go see Michael I cannot even give any more compliments and I’ve tried so many places in branford area. Also very clean and great massage come with service

I love the staff and they do an amazing job but it’s takes sooo long! It took 2 hours and 15 minutes for a pedicure, gel manicure and eye brow wax. Make sure you have ample time to get your nails done before you come here!

I was looking for a place to get my nails done because the girl I normally go to was booked for the next 3 weeks. After stopping at a few places that were too busy, I stopped at Simply Nail & Spa. They were very clean and were able to take me right away so I stayed. I ended up getting a girl who was new and I don’t know if she was new to doing nails in general or new to the salon, but it wasn’t a great experience. I use gel for my nails instead of regular acrylic & typically it’s still a white powder but they used an actual gel (which I’ve never seen before) and it BURNED so bad when I put my hands under the UV light to dry them. Not to mention all I got was a fill (no designs or anything) and it was $ 60. And it’s been about a week since I’ve been to the salon and 5 of my nails have broken. I normally go every 3 weeks but I definitely won’t be coming back here. Overpriced and there’s no way they used the right product on my nails.

There are many nail salons in Branford, and hands down — this one’s the best. The staff is lovely and unlike a number of other «nail stores» (as I like to call them), you aren’t bombarded with upsells and the staff is respectful and really nice. As a bonus, they also don’t engage in all sorts of banter in a language other than English (always a pet peeve because I think it’s rude to ignore your customer). As to the quality of the service — it can’t be beat. The prices are moderate and the pedi will last you for weeks.
They also didn’t blink when my boyfriend came in with me for a couples pedicure — and he liked his first experience so much, that he suggested we do this monthly!

Ok — very clean — a bit pricier than others. You get tons more for money. Try the basic and see what $ 30 buys!
