Would have been convenient, if not for the snafu of mismatching the headboard to bed. Jack, the manager made things mostly right, but some mistakes are just a nuisance. Waiting twice on a 3 hour delivery window because you purchased an item from someone who made an error is not so much fun. One wonders what happens to people who do not demand to speak with a manager. As they say in Boston in the past tense, I bet they get scrod.
