GoWireless Verizon Premium Retailer

I attempted to buy a case at this store for my iPhone 6 Plus today but ended up walking out after waiting almost an hour while the two salesmen on duty were tied up working on the same two customers the entire time. All I wanted was a case, but I couldn’t even take the case I wanted down from the display because of theft prevention features. While the salesmen were polite and acknowledged my presence by saying one of them would be with me in a moment, and they were polite and helpful to the two customers they were assisting, I think it was ridiculous that after almost an hour they still weren’t done. And who knows how long they had been there before I arrived. Couldn’t the store have a third salesperson dedicated to quick transaction or have one of the salesmen do a little multitasking by handling another customer while the previous customer’s data is being backed up or restored. I’ll just buy my case through Amazon and save myself the aggravation.
BTW, I ordered my phone online directly from Verizon and received it via free overnight shipping. I was able to backup the data from my five year old android phone to the Verizon Wireless website with no difficulty. I also had no difficulty downloading my data to my new iPhone. The process probably took less than 30 minutes. Not sure why it would take an hour in store.
