HUGE fan of Carrabbas… Not this one. Poor quality, manager was argumentative about the Piccata sauce. Challenging to say the least… Best wishes to those who give this location a try. Sad, very sad.

I can’t believe that the only vegetarian options on the menu are appetizers and a cheap«margarita» pizza. The ambiance is off, presumably because it’s a converted restaurant and not an original build, and beyond that, we’ve never had good service, and that’s including at least 6 visits. Beer and wine selection is ok(no craft, overpriced wine), but you can get better food and service at Macaroni Grille or, dare I say it, Olive Garden.

Three stars today as we were here for lunch and they didn’t have the wood fired grill going so the pizza was oven cooked. Always good though just bummed no oak flavoring. Pizza chef always awesome friendly… wait staff… casper but friendly(Crystal). Check was wrong… bummer.

We used to be a big fan, but the last two visits were sub par. The changed menu was undesirable. You would think the amount you are charged for a nice dinner the quality should at least match.

Both my wife and I agree that this is one of our favorite chain restaurants and wish that one would be available to us closer to our home in Grand Blanc, My wife enjoyed her pasta weesie and I thought that the chicken marsala was excellent. Salad and bread awesome as always and of course the peach sangria prior to dinner made the MSU basketball conference tournament win even more sweeter. GOGREEN! We will be back for sure…

Overall a good experience. Our server was great and accommodating. Food is always delicious here. I was part of a big group and they accidentally gave me a salad instead of soup but I was happy about that as it was very tasty.

My brother and I decided to try this restaurant. This would be the second time I’ve been in there in my life. Ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce. A staple for most Italian restaurant. It was good. The bread with olive oil was good. We also had a coupon for 20% off. Not a bad deal. It just wasn’t a place that I’d go back to. Will look for other Italian places to frequent.

Stopped in on the Friday of Valentines Weekend. An hour and 20 minute wait, but found two seats at the kitchen dining counter about 5 minutes in. We really enjoyed our meals and we haven’t been to Carrabba’s in over 10 years. We each had one of the new entrees — Parmesan crusted chicken with arugula, and linguine with clams in a white cream sauce. Delicious. I will confess our expectations weren’t sky high, but we loved it and will certainly be more frequent diners.

Always a favorite. Call ahead seating is a must. Walked in the day before Valentines, being a Saturday was expecting it to be busy, which it was, packed inside and out. 5 min wait before seated. The filet and shrimp spiedino are tops. Backberry Sangria is one of the best around. Service is always top shelf.

Went on Saturday and was shocked to see they were on a 75 – 80 minute wait. We were about to leave when my husband realized the bar had first come first serve tables. We only had to wait 15minutes and our server was wonderful! My husband ordered the lobster ravioli, he really enjoyed it but if you are really hungry I wouldn’t recommend. The portion is smaller than other items and it had light sauce. Where as I had the shrimp fett and was huge and a ton of shrimp.

I am a fan of Carrabba’s, but this latest experience in Brandon will make sure I get my food at another location. We had a party of 15 on a Tuesday night, which happened to be the Tuesday between Christmas and New Year’s, so the place was slammed, as could be expected. We arrived at 6:15 and did not leave until 9. Almost 3 hours we sat there with one waiter for the entire section of the restaurant we were in. He didn’t just have our large party, but another large party and a handful of booths. The poor guy was drowning and I felt bad for him as the the manager just walked around the restaurant pretty care-free. They could have been understaffed during a holiday week, but I didn’t see any sense of urgency from management. We waited half an hour just for our waters and some bread. We go 2 loafs of bread for the whole table and didn’t get more until our food came, which was another hour after that. When my food came, it was cold. The fettuccine alfredo had seized up and was a glob of noodles and cold cheese. Even my chicken soup was served cold. We were all over it at that point, but still had to wait another hour before we were able to close out. Again, I don’t feel it was the waiter’s fault as he did the best he could do. Management really let him drown while watching. Since Brandon is a good meeting area between my families, we’ll just pick another restaurant, despite the fact that my family loves Carrabba’s. Also to boot, this was my Great-Grandmother’s 98th birthday dinner and she requests Carrabba’s every year. She already said we’re going somewhere else next year.

Well I wasn’t expecting Carabba’s to be as awesome as it was! I’m not usually a big fan of chains but I’m sure glad I came here. I’ve went both times during happy hour and sat at a high top booth, the place was busy both time and I see that as a good sign. For ½ price you get a giant size glass of red sangria which is absolutely delicious! For apps I got these fried balls of Mozzarella cheese, mozzarella rustica, they melt in your mouth! You need to have more than one order(that’s where I went wrong) my boyfriend ordered the shrimp scampi app and OHMY heavenly goodness this dish is amazing! The wine sauce it so delicious I would lick the plate clean if I weren’t it public! The service we received both times was excellent! Can’t wait to return

I’m not sure if I’ve ever reviewed a Carrabba’s in the past, but this is easily one of the most underrated chains out there. Far, far better than Olive Garden(still mesmerizes me how Olive Garden is doing so well). For one thing, most of them have Peroni on tap. My second favorite beer on tap; that deserves three stars in itself. But the food is very, very good. Almost what you’d expect at a genuine Italian restaurant. They used to have these cheese sticks, which were more like planks, and they were very good. They don’t have these anymore, but they now have a cheaper, smaller version — mozzarella cheese balls. So, so good. From what I recall, for $ 4, you get 4 – 5 of these cheese balls and I don’t know what they put in them, but they are incredible. I could easily have eaten 10 of these balls(that’s what she said) and still have been hungry for more. Awesome new addition to their menu. I’ve had the stuffed shells at different Carrabba’s, and they’re good, but not great. Now I order the Chicken Parmesan, and not once have I been disappointed. The chicken is always baked perfectly, awesome breading, and you get two breasts with some very good, tangy sauce. On this occasion, it was, again, very good. I was able to eat both breasts(that’s what he said), and I also ordered mashed potatoes, which were also very good. The service at the Brandon location was excellent and I had no complaints on this visit. I’m officially a Carrabba’s fan. TIP — join their email club for a free app!

Excellent service, and even better food. So much flavor in every dish. We had the fettuccine Alfredo caraba with mushrooms and peas, topped with grilled chicken. Make sure you get the house dressing with your salad! Tangy, sweet I don’t know how to explain but so good!

It was mine and my aunts birthday dinner and were greeted at the door with a smile and since there two of us with a birthday of course we were treated somewhat special ;-) The waitress was very nice, helpful, cheery and fast. We ordered our drinks and the entre which consisted, in our case, of fried octopus with dip. On the table we already had fresh breads and little plates with olive oil flavored with garlic and herbs to dip in as well as butter. As mentioned before the birthday ladies were asked and served first which I thought was nice. Our main dish, speaking for myself and my daughter in this case, consisted of noodles with shrimp and a huge salad and my uncles soup he didn’t want, which contained a lot of meat, was a bit spicy but oh so yummy. All in all it was a wonderful experience and though I know that Carrabas isn’t a cheap restaurant to go to I would go there again! My suggestion: Go there and get yourself spoiled silly with this delicious food. I’ll go there again on my next tript — it’s worth it for sure.

After many years of coming to this location… they are deserving of this for being always consistent. I can’t think of a time when I’ve visited this location or any of their location and had a negative experience thus far. It is one of our go-to places for Italian food. Always tasting very good. Always having great drink choices and great desserts. They have a great set up for seating and the place is always clean. What else makes. Great restaurant? Service and ambiance checked! Yes they are a chain but they do it right and always attentive.

Carrabbas is my favorite Italian restaurant! The food is delicious and the service is always great. Very little restaurants compare to this one in my eyes. The calamari is the best I’ve had. If you like sangria, their blackberry sangria is very refreshing and delicious. If you happen to be in Brandon, make sure to ask for Ed at the bar. He’s got the best attitude and his upbeat service along with the drinks he pours will certainly make you smile. The desserts are also amazing. You can’t go wrong either this place.
