What more os there to say than AYCEBACON!!! We originally came for Fred’s breakfast, but they were packed with a 35 minute wait to even get into the door. So we came back to Golden Corral for breakfast. Besides the vast variety of breakfast items, they also have grilled pork chops, which are done perfectly. I usually get scrambled eggs woth onions, peppers, mushrooms, and cheese on them. A pile of bacon and some pork chops and I’m set. They also have juice and coffee at NOCHARGE! I mean $ 2.50 for coffee and $ 3.50 each glass of juice like at all other places is crazy, but it’s included here. Soda and iced tea are extra. They also have a waffle and ommellett station, which is made to order. If you come right be for lunch, you pay the breakfast price, eat some breakfast items, and get some lunch items too.

I was busy shucking and cutting corn for T’giving dinner at my house tomorrow, and got a call from my friend Sherry. «Hey, what are you doing today. Want to go to Golden Corral for dinner?» I’d rather eat souvenir dirt from Chernobyl. Its on me, I’ve got a $ 50 gift card to burn. Who the hell gave you that? I’m bringing my sister. «I can meet you in about 15 minutes.» I got there at 11:30, the place was slammed. I had been forced into eating Thanksgiving dinner here once before when I arrived at my friend Nick’s house and found his daughter, our chef, had gotten home at 6:00AM and was still on the couch making sounds like she was on a respirator. Basically I knew what to expect, lots of half-assed food, disgusting clientele, and that mesmerizing chocolate fountain with rice krispies treats on sticks for pudgy patrons to plunge into the fudgey falls. Hey, that rhymes! I was sort of amazed at the number of people getting take out dinners. A few of them also had what looked to be a large beer bong with a strip of duct tape on the end that I could only assume was designed for securing this device to your mouth so as to facilitate a more efficient shoveling of food. We finally made it to the register after 40 minutes or so, I was shocked at how many people were having difficulty with the process. I guess deciding what you want to drink and paying for your tray is pure rocket science for some of these people, the line moves like molasses. Once you get your tray you stand around awkwardly while you wait to be seated. We nabbed a great table in front of the carving station, and next to a plus sized family that was trying to feed a 6 month old baby his first bite of turkey and dressing chased down by green bean casserole and cranberry sauce. He looked just like Chuckie. I should have snapped a picture of that but my friend cautioned me not to draw attention to our table. Note to self: Find a way to work in «I ain’t got time to breed» into a conversation about having more children. Check! There were so many people at this Golden Corral. So many different shades of weird and strange. The man sitting alone at the table next to ours looked just like Benjamin Franklin reincarnated. I left for the salad bar while the girls decided which serving line they weren’t as likely to contract Hepatitis C. I was busy neatly arranging broccoli on my plate of greens, then suddenly the girls had hold of both arms and were trying to hide behind my plate of spinach and 3 bean salad. Apparently Benjamin Franklin took this opportunity to advise them that they would keep getting ditched by me so they should probably just run away with him. We moved. I don’t have to tell you what the food tastes like here, most elementary school cafeterias do it better. The roast beef is tough, the turkey tastes like its been injected with plastic resin, you need a power tool to cut the steaks. The best thing here hands down is the salad bar, followed closely by the carrot cake and fried chicken when they have any. I still can’t believe I saw what resembled enchiladas and Chinese food on the serving line. Oh yeah, and the rolls are good. Thats it, I skipped the World of Melty Chocolate Delights. Do I regret going? Oh hell no, we had a blast. And the staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating. Servers in matching black aprons fluttered around tables, refilling drinks and hollering to the cashiers when a table opened up. Their movements were frantic yet methodical. It was weirdly beautiful, like a greasy grandfather clock made of cornbread. They earned that extra star up there. Thanks Golden Corral, it was an experience, I’ll give you that.

Margaret was our waitress she was a wonderful wonderful lady, couldn’t ask for better. We went on a Sunday, which is typically a busy day. The food was good.

No, just no. Would give zero stars if possible. Place is overrun and under kept. There’s never any food or that which they advertise. And it’s not Golden Corral in general, it’s this one. I went to one in Orlando and it was actually a nice experience, I was so surprised! I hate this place but I somehow keep going here due to my cheap family.

The freshest thing there was the salad bar ironically. Everything else looked like it had been sitting there since they opened. All of the cooked veggies looked gross. The pizza looked like it had been sitting there for probably 2 hours. My boyfriend said he could smell the bacteria when he walked by certain places. I thought it smelled a little like cat pee. The order your steak section looked to scary to even approach. The chocolate wonder fall didn’t even seem like real chocolate. It was very Thin. We won’t be going back. Dirty dinning may want to check it out. The only thing that was tasty was the orange chicken and the bourbon chicken. They were loaded with Sodium but not terrible.

it was my first time at golden corral, a friend of ours introduced the buffet resto. a bit overwhelming cos of the many selections. salad, main dishes, desserts were all overwhelming. but hey for 11USD. its worth the money with a great selection. but like what other reviews say, just be careful of what you get. some kids might have stuck their fingers into it. worth a visit for 11bucks!

Like the other Golden Corral all you can eat buffets they offer Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner buffets for the customer or customers to come and eat here. They offer Salads, Grilled steaks such as Raw, Medium rare, medium, medium well and well done or killed! Just becareful when you say Well done the cook will think you want raw or pink inside of your steak. Also a dessert bar for yummy tummy delicious items! :) Ever since they have new managers this Golden Corral has gone down hill most of the food isn’t cooked right, cold, nasty tasting. The guys who grill the steaks half of the time they don’t understand English I wish the managers would learn from this and hire someone who both can understand English so the customer doesn’t have to find someone that understands both Languages. Don’t get me wrong some days they have someone that cooks on the grill that understands on what the customer wants his or her steak cooked and taste like. This Golden Corral location gets extremely busy on the weekday mostly evening times and dinner times especially the weekend once the parking lot gets filled it’s hard to find a parking spot. Also there are always big lines that form during the afternoon and night time during rush time so plan early to come and eat here. They do celebrate birthday’s but you will have to call ahead or tell the cashier or waiter or waitress about it before hand. Now, for the sad part/news when my mother received the great news that she was in remission after her bone marrow biopsy came back negative we wanted to celebrate I called ahead and spoke with the day time manager he said come on in and let the cashier know or waiter or waitress now we spoke to a manager ahead of time and wanted to celebrate my mother’s remission and when we got there the lady manager said ”WEDON’T CELEBRATEANYTHINGHERE” in a rude tone”. I replied with then why your day general manager said you guys and ladies do? Then she said I don’t know why he would say something like that. The lady wouldn’t even offer a congratulations on receiving remission or have the employees come over and say congratulations at all. My mother was shocked that one person wanted to help celebrate that she reached remission from her cancer diagnosis and then when we came there it was a different story. Trust me the food isn’t that great all trust me I’ve been here a few times the food isn’t cooked at all like I said above, Food is always cold and nasty tasting. Plates, Silverware, Drink Cups always have stains or been used before. It’s hard to get someone to do something about it some waiters and waitresses will offer to get new dishes and etc and some just ignore and take the dirty dishes away. I know this isn’t a fine and dine type of restaurant but at least make sure everything is clean even though they want to rush you in the door and out the door you go.

This is just like every other Golden Corral out there. You got to be careful what you eat because you don’t know what kid put his hands where. The food was good though I enjoyed everything I ate except one thing and that was the steak they had it just sitting in the grill even after it was cooked so it was just getting more and more burned the inside of the steak tasted great but the outside tasted like charcoal. I stuffed myself so much I couldn’t finish the desert I got. The chocolate fountain is nice and they have it being watched so people don’t put there hands it it. Also they need to put things where they belong id it says Mac N Cheese then that is where the Mac N Cheese should go not something else. Our waiter did a great job also he seemed like he couldn’t speak English well but he did a good job keeping up with the plates and drinks. I also think the to go rule they have is dumb because you are paying $ 13 dollars a person to get it you should at least get one to go plate per order anything after that you can charge. Overall I enjoyed coming here because you can just stuff yourself and I love all you can eat.

Good at what it is a buffet. They now serve breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. Breakfast is my family’s favorite because the options are endless. I like that they have options for those who want to eat healthier, but it hard to resist the extensive dessert bar.
