Panatieri’s Pizza

My bf and I had frequently ordered from this particular restaurant since moving to the area 2 years ago. Let me tell you, it hasn’t been all fantastic. We’ve gone to many other panateries locations without problems, but this one has had more than its fair share of issues. So many that we’ve decided we’re no longer going to give them our money. First is having to wait an hour or more for delivery when we’re literally 5 mins away. Second incident is finding long blond hair in the marinera dipping sauce for the garlic knots. And manager never offering any remorse. Third is horrible portion ratios in their hot sandwiches and the fourth is last and final straw.
We ordered a large pie with ½ one topping and ½ another topping. We found a large black wire tie in after biting into a slice! It was under the cheese! Yes, a plastic wire tie you find around cables to hold them together. When we called to complain the manager told us «it happens, it holds the cheese bags…» Never apologized, never said anything that showed an ounce of embarrassment or remorse. Like it was nothing we should have been even calling about. Needless to say that angered us and we turn people away from going there now.

Best Grandma’s pizza around! Place is clean and the staff is friendly and quick! Also try the ziti pizza with a little extra sauce!

So I enter the restaurant go over to the glass case where all the pizza and sandwich specials are located. I start eyeing up the two remaining Balsamic chicken sandwiches on a home made pitta, I am waiting on an attendant to take my order when two other customers walk in after me go right to the counter and take the two sandwiches I was drooling over. though I only wanted one of them. So not wanting to make a seen I went over to one of the waitress and asked her to have them make me a fresh one. She proceeded into the kitchen when she came back her answer to me was no, not hearing no I said great I then asked her again because I wasn’t sure that she said no she then reiterated no. Keep in mind that during this event she was being very polite to me. I then proceeded to speak to the manager about my sandwich dilemma I proceeded to tell him that they were pulled out right under my eyes. He then explained to me why they typically don’t make more after a certain time of the day which I understood. So as to not make my story any longer he made me a fresh sandwich and let me tell you it was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had and I made a new friend.

Do not waste your money on these clowns. Having been a customer in the past of the Panatieris in Flemington to moderate satisfaction; I was happy to learn there was one in branchburg after moving north on 202.
I cannot believe the consistently horrendous food/​service/​attitude from these people. I just came home after buying a cheesesteak and opened the box and to my surprise the contents was only a half when Id paid for a whole. Assuming there had been some sort of mix up I called immediately and after being hung up on twice finally someone was gracious enough to explain they weren’t able to source full sized rolls for the time being and that the half empty sandwich box id received was in fact a whole cheesesteak and then «click» hung up on again.
Will never throw money in the garbage going there again and I urge any that have yet to be so supremely disappointed to stay away.

My favorite menu items from this location are the chicken dinners, the meatball parmigiana subs, the calzones, the side dish of sautéed broccoli with sautéed broccoli, and their salads.

Huh? I’m a huge Panatieri’s fan. This is at least their 6^th location I’ve been to. The Flemington, Warren, and Martinville locations are definitely my favorites. I love Panatieri’s because they have an excellent slice pie selection (cheesesteak, chicken parm, buffalo chicken and everything in between).
However, not this location. They only had about 8 slice pies or so to choose from and they were just regular types of pies like sausage, pepperoni and sicilian. I was shocked and disappointed. I will give them a slight pass because it was Memorial Day weekend so I’m kind of just hoping they did not have their «starting lineup» on display. I went with one of their sicilian slices and it was just OK. It was also on the really small side which I wasn’t a fan of. I’ll give this place another shot but I’m really hoping I see some of my favorite pies on my next visit.
Also, it’s in a pretty busy strip mall that does not have a huge parking lot. But, the actual restaurant is pretty big. It was much bigger inside than I thought it was going to be.

My favorite pizzeria in the area! The food is great and the staff is friendly. Friday nights it can get pretty crowded so waiting times for both takeout or eat in can be long, but it’s worth it.

Not sure what the deal is with all these negative reviews. They have THE BEST pizza everrrr. Honestly, I haven’t had a plain slice taste this good since I’ve had NY pizza. It really is tasty and delicious. Try it!

Ok if I could give this place less than a star, I would. I think for what it is, the food in general is overpriced. Also, in my opinion, the pizza is just about mediocre; we have continued to order from there since they are one of the few pizza places around us that will deliver. I have literally had frozen pizza better than this. Today’s take-​out order was what finally solidified our decision to never order from there again. Where do I begin? The dinners average about $ 15 each. Fine. The pasta tasted like it had been washed, maybe rinsed out in a soapy colander? The alfredo sauce was oily and watered down at the same time and sank to the bottom of the container, not to mention that it tasted like garbage. The spinach in my dish was not cooked… I could go on. Not to mention, our dinners were COLD and our bread was burnt. I have had the soup there before and also not worth it (and I love soup, eat it nearly every day). Just avoid this place. There are better things to spend your $ 35 for two people for take-​out on.

My review has nothing to do with the food we actually enjoy their food and order from them quite often. Our review is based on their customer service. After being a loyal customer for a few years now it has become abundantly clear that they just don’t care to get your order right. It hasn’t happened once or twice not even three or four times, I have lost track of how many times they have messed up the order. As a paying customer I want my order delivered 100% correctly not anything missing or something I didn’t order. Even after the situations were brought to their attention on several occasions nothing changed. Now they have left us with no other option but to find a new pizza delivery place.

This is my preferred pizza place for branchburg however I am disappointed with tonight’s pie. The whole bottom of the pizza was burnt :-(

We stopped here on our way fishing. Place was very clean and staff was very welcoming. I had a cheese slice and a Balsamic Chicken Shiskabob. The pizza was very good. The shiskabob was not as flavorful as I expected for anything balsamic.
I do have to point out that the ladies restroom was very nice and clean.

good pizza place, better one in the area. i wouldnt drive out of my way for it, but they always have a good selection of slices there. the best one is the tortellini slices. their prices for the small strombolis are oddly on the higher end. i will continue to go back as its a good quick pizza option on 202.

The dinner meals are decent, This is a pizza joint. If you are looking for a quick slice or a sandwhich then go for it.

The pizza is ok, brushetta pizza is pretty good. Dinner dishes aren’t worth it. I didn’t like their sandwiches there. There are a couple of these places, their location in flemington is much better.
