Dunkin’ Donuts

I stopped here tonight for a iced latte with skim milk. I received a drink with whole milk. I asked them to remake it and again they remade it with whole milk if they even remade it at all. I will never go there again. I couldn’t even bring myself to ask them to make it again.

I don’t usually drink Dunkin Donut coffee but this location has the best customer service. I had to stop for some refreshment (only place close to RMV) and the place was so clean and the cashier was very friendly. Clean rest room and well organized. Large parking space with drive through but exit create some traffic.

Wow. The best part about this place is the big parking lot. They did have a lot of donuts out, which was also good, because I was in to buy a dozen for coworkers. But are the employees here under some medical experiment that I am not aware of? It took a full minute for me to explain that I wanted a dozen donuts, with one or two more chocolate glazed than normal. They thought I wanted munchkins (I swear that there was no reason for the girl to think this), then afterwards, handed me a box that wasn’t taped up, so the lid started opening up the minute I touched it. I asked for tape, he then proceeded to hold the tape for me up in the air, (as if I might steal it) which made it difficult to rip the tape off. Ugh. I wtould hate to order a sandwich here, it might come out as a bowl of cereal or something.

I often went here in the past when I worked nearby. I hit the drive thru this past week with a car full of friends and sleeping babies to find the drive thru was an «express» meaning 4 items only per car. Are you kidding me?! We quickly drove on, to the next Dunkies and will not be back. Isn’t the point of a drive thru to be convenient when you just can’t get out of the car. Create a second window, or express only hours, or there will be more customers like myself who will take their business elsewhere. It’s not like there’s a shortage of Dunkies in the neighborhood.

I hit this Dunks on my way home a couple of nights a week and I am repeatedly impressed by the service if the young men working that shift. They are courteous to the customers, and to each other. I go to different Dunks every morning, and every couple of weeks they mess up my order. That never happens here. These guys are fast, pleasant and accurate. The best Dunks service around!

Watch the exit traffic. I go there everyday I’m in town and since it’s an express, I’m in and out in record time!

I was starving this afternoon and home jonesimg for a muffin or pastry when I came upon this Dunkies in my travels. I was skeptical about whether they’d have much of a selection left of bakery products or if they’d be fresh… thankfully for my stomach I was proved wrong. I was very happy to get a fresh chocolate chip muffin at 4:30 in the afternoon.
Service was very quick and friendly, though I was the only one in line. There were several tables occupied by folks, and everything looked pretty clean. Win win
