I actually want to start this by saying I posted a review on their facebook page and they removed it! I mean why ask for reviews if you are only going to delete the ones that are not perfect.
I made an appointment at this location with Michelle Lynn. Michelle seemed like a very nice, attractive person which has zero to do with my haircut. I went in to get a trim I tied off 4″ at the bottom of my hair to reinforce my wishes with a visual aid, her response was «so you want me just to trim the part you can see through? » I said «yes»…that was about all the consultation I got and because my hair was down to my rear it was impossible to see what she was doing until it was too late… by the time I could see her lifting my hair it was well past the 4 inch mark which was our starting agreement, as my heart raced and all the thoughts of how badly this was going to end flooded my head, the panic was setting in and the desire to bolt was overwhelming… I just kept thinking she should be stopping any second but as I was lying to myself at the mercy of her scissors and no né there to defend my poor defenseless hair I also noticed she had blunt cut my hair with no blending or tapering… It looked so uneven and well terrible. It looked like my hair was cut by someone with full blown parkinsons. If I were going to cut 10 inches off of my hair length I would have donated it! If a client only wants a trim then that is what you should give them, and folks HAVE THE CONSULT! understand what the client is asking for. The take home from this if your stylist isn’t having a consult with you and repeating back and taking time with you… just leave do not hope that it will be okay
Probably the worst part of this was the unprofessionalism that played out afterwards… my boyfriend expressed his discontent of the whole affair after she posted a picture of the cut on FB. Her response was to call him an idiot! Listen name calling is just beyond ridiculous and as the client I was not happy and had made the decision to never go back and accept the loss, my BF had a right to express his opinion I think if you are a business person at all the feedback you receive, both good and bad, is still useful and ignoring it, deleting it or being angry about it doesn’t help to improve anything. No one believes a business is perfect all the time, accept the bad review and try to see where you could have done better and how to do better in the future.

Mary is so sweet and did a great job on my haircut and highlights. I love their lakewood ranch location. They have beautiful dresses and jewelry for sale as well. I will definitely be returning!

All I can say about this place is. Perfection! They treat you like a queen; princess in my case :). I’m new in town and like all women, I needed to find a hair place I can go to on a constant basis. I found this place driving by and they accommodated me last minute. Victoria did my hair and she was just amazing, and sweet! and her assistant gave me the best scalp massage ever!
Don’t come here if you are looking for low prices and cheap service! This place is high end and their prices are high with reason and their service is exemplary.
I love that they use kerastase products. its a DREAM! Considering only exclusives salons carry the brand!

We used them for my sister’s wedding. We’re from out of town so we took a recommendation from the wedding dress shop. What a mistake! 4 hair and make up appointments gone horribly wrong. PLUS, they were so rude to my sister on her special day even after we spent plenty of money there. Would not recommend.

Used their make-​up artists for a wedding day and they did a terrible job on makeup. They did not listen to what people wanted or requested, especially the bride, and everyone that had their makeup done by ana’s people were truly disappointed — and it affected a day that we can never replace.
