I am not one to write reviews, but after my experience here– created this account to! Amanda is the manager of the custom frames department and helped me sit down and create the a design for 3 large framing projects. I chose a bonded leather frame for all, which with the regular sales, I saved a ton!
Unfortunately, on the way with my home with the frames– one of the corners on the largest frame had torn. Amanda was quick to respond to my inquiry about getting it fixed and really worked the with me and the store policy to make sure it was done quickly and at no to little charge! I was incredibly thankful that Amanda was able to do so! I will definitely be taking any frame work to this store.
