Very poor communication ~ An hour and a half prior to having a scheduled appointment, I called to verify the time. They informed me they weren’t coming. I asked to re-​schedule and they declined my business. I would NOT recommend this company at any cost. Not professional!!!

At first, the job looked really good. But its years later that you find out if the roofer did a good job or not. A few years after they did our roof, the skylight over the garage started to leak. We had a different roofing company check it out and they said the flashing was not done right. I called Boulder Roofing to see if they could come check it out, and I asked that if it was done incorrectly, that they cover the repair. They refused and said their warranty is for 2 years. I thought that was not a very good response. At lease come check it out. So, we had another company do it. Cost was about $ 400.00.

Terrible at follow up and returning calls. I think the work they finally did after the original quote and then repeated calls to them and emails to schedule work was done fine. They never called when they said they’d call. Did the original work through the contractor on my home and it’s been fine. Would never recommend them for repairs because of the poor communication.
