I got three quotes for a new furnace for my home. The first two quotes were alot higher than Highlands. The other two companies oversold me on products I did not need. Highlands quote was much lower in price and I not pressed into buying things I did not need. I belive the technicians from the other companies make commission on what they sell. You will not have a better experience with heating and air then when you deal with Highland Heating and Air.

I don’t know what happened with this company! I had written a 5 star review previously as their business had always bee great. However this last time we had our furnace break and had NO HEAT and called them to come out and they said it would be ONE WEEK before they could come out to look at our furnace! Obviously this was unacceptable with nighttime temperatures in the 40s and 50s. We called another company and they considered having no heat an emergency and were able to squeeze us in the same day. Will definitely think twice before using Highland Heating and Air again.

Wow. This place will get my forever business.
Had an issue with our furnace (for the second time since November), called the company that helped us get the heat back on previously. They told us the furnace was dangerous and needed to be replaced. They said $ 4600 (HAD to have a high-​efficiency furnace) and they’d give me a 5% discount if signed right then (oh geez I’d better sign now to save $ 200 on a $ 4650 purchase).
I said I had to talk to my wife.
Called these guys and everything is fine.
Nothing’s dangerous. It’s hot as heck in here and it cost me just $ 69.
Well spent.
