Tried giving it another shot and when I get there that are closed! 24 hour fast food joint closed! Had a grocery cart blocking the drive thru with a note saying closed for facility improvements. Awesome.

12 minute wait with only 2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru. Dismissive and rude workers Repeated my order back to me twice and confirmed my special ordered burger and STILL got it wrong. Did not give me the drink ordered with the combo meal. Did not give the mustard sauce I requested at window. Fries were given art a colder than room temp at time received. Dead cold by the time I arrived home less than 5 minutes later. Yep. Less time to drive home than the time spent in a fast food drive thru for a single meal served wrong and cold. I rarely if ever write a review but this experience is sadly not the first bad one experienced by myself, friends and neighbors. Indeed this time was beyond ridiculously horrid for the simpleness of the duties involved. Hey Jack? Get it together or close this pathetic location that is ruining your product on the whole.

I can’t believe the service at this place!!! I was at the drive through around 1 o’clock and an employee name Nathan was extremely rude. Over the top rude! I was afraid to even ask for anything or say anything because he snapped at me my entire order! If you don’t want to work with customers don’t work in a customer service industry. The first thing I said was«hello I have two orders» he then snaps and says«well I guess I’ll just have to figure it out then, what do you want» than when we were up to get our order he took the money for the first order and than I told him we had two orders(in case the computer showed it as two cars or something) he says«I KNOW can’t you just let me finish this first order!» Um sorry??? I am appauled at this kind of treatment I received!

Don’t fear the reaper but do fear…“The Interrogator” ! Jack in the Box is a favorite chain due to their varied menu and being open 24⁄7. This place is fairly close to my house and I can hop on 405 and be there in a few minutes. I’m often up all night working on projects for work or studying for the bar exam. So I often arrive early in the morning wanting burgers or typical dinner chow. I drive a brand new tuner car and was wearing a blue hoodie the first time I met The Interrogator. Incident #1 I drive in and order four burgers and a couple of sides. This dude who is in his 50’s with silver hair and moustache takes my card at the window. He asks me if I’m going eat all the food I ordered !!! I felt like saying«are you my mother?». I said no and told him I was taking food back for a group. Then asks if I’ve been up all night and is this breakfast or lunch? I said dinner in an annoyed voice. He replies oh yeah and where do you work? I tell him like a fool. Then he takes my card and then asks for my license like a cop. He puts both on a clipboard and is reading them for several minutes. I thought is this guy some freak who is going to get my address and stalk me? Frustrated former cop? Does he think I just came from street racing in Kent with Vin Diesel and I’m some gang member? He hands me the slip to sign and a few minutes later my food. I kept my cool and said«Dude you need to get out more.» I reported the incident to the company. Incident #2 Same situation. Early morning around 5:00AM and I’m ordering several burgers and sides. Again he asks me if I’m going to eat it all. I tell him none of his business and he shouldn’t be interrogating customer. Get the net ! This guy is just plain nuts. Then I tell him that interrogating customers is not something his employer would like him to do and that people are going to get offended and maybe even sue them. He tells me he’s worked there 20 years. OK that explains why he might be nuts. I ask for the manager and he stammers a big and says he is. I ask again disbelieving are you the manger? He said he’s in charge for the current shift. I ask him is he shaking me down because he thinks I’m a minority of some kind? I remind him that’s illegal and will get his employer and he just stares at me. I finally get my food and I tell him I’m reporting it to the company. I reported this guy again. Incident #3 I order pull up to the window and he quickly runs off and a young woman takes my card. He’s still there but at least he knows not to try to mess with me. Apparently you can do all of this at this place and still keep your job. Anyway if you get questioned by this guy(if he’s still there) tell him outrageous things. Give him your name, rank and serial number and tell him under the Geneva Convention fast food workers may not interrogate customers ! When I don’t deal with this guy its OK here. But man does this guy need his meds. Run for Congress but don’t take my orders anymore.

I pass this Jack on my work commute, I have stopped a couple times thru the drive thru. Both times, I have waited an average of 15 minutes. There was maybe a car or two in front of me. The final straw was… all I wanted was a bacon egg and chees biscuit. If you look at the item on the menu, it is sausage egg and cheese biscuit with a notation saying bacon substitute available. I specifically said clearly one Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuit, thats all, I see sausage pop up on the screen… Is your order correct… no, It says sausage and I wanted bacon. He says oh ok, hold on a sec. After 4 minutes, he said ok. a cheese and egg biscuit with steak!!! OMG!!! I thought… NOBACON, I replied, he said omg… ummmmm, I waited another minute or two and then pulled out of the drive thru. So, this time, I was the only car in the drive thru, I ordered one item and it took 10 minutes, and I left without my precious bacon egg and cheese biscuit… I will not go here again.

I haven’t had a food quality problem ever at this JITB. The manager(s) are really nice and I feel bad for them when they have to deal with unpleasant characters

This Jack in the Box is just okay… hit or miss with them really. But where else are you gonna grab food around here at 3am? There is a McDonalds down the way thats 24⁄7 and a Dennys across the street but thats about it around here. Pros: –Big packets of Daisy sour cream(yes!) –Tacos –Big selection –Seasonal pumpkin milkshakes!!! –Open 24hrs Cons: –Almost always the milkshake machine is broken or they aren’t offering shakes for some reason –Staff can be rude –Eggrolls have pork in them –Can be a pain to get back to the freeway –Some times they are soooo slow And finally, you can choose to eat more on the healthy side here… their salads aren’t too bad and the grilled chicken strips are good!

Another spot in kenmore that charges 10% tax when it’s only 9.5%. How do they not get in trouble? They are stealing. Good food, and way better than the nastiest Jack in the Box which is in Bellevue on 148th. They serve black taco’s. Change the oil!!! ewwwww

This is our go to breakfast stop when we need to grab something quick before school. They are fast and usually friendly. I only give it three stars because it is JiB and no Fast food chain deserves more than an average score. It either does its job or it doesnt and this one does its job!

In spite of my feelings about Jack, this is one of the few places to eat when you work graveyard shift in Bothell. The 4 stars are ONLY for their Double Bacon & Cheese Ciabatta Burger — when they get it right. They do pretty good — they get it right 4 out of 5 times. When they do it properly, it is almost as good as Burgermaster and that is saying a lot. On top of the double meat /bacon, they put fresh leaf lettuce, tomato, pickle and red onion. But in general — they are still 1 star overall.

I think Jack in the Box is the best of the chains. I would rather eat here than BK, McDs, or any other. The ultimate cheeseburger is great, and the oreo shake is fantastic for a fast food chain. I also think their service is much better than McDonalds or BK.

Okay let’s face it the food at Jack in the Box is digusting… at least it is in my book. However during the great Seattle Blackout of ’06 I found myself here because of the immense lines at all of the other restaurants in the area. The people at this place were busting ass to get food out to people as quick as they could. Funny how the man who likely made more money than everyone working at this location combined was nice enough to go up and complain that he had to wait twenty minutes for his food(as we all did patiently) and then want it for free. Hats off to hardworking fast food folks… it’s a job I’d never want to have. And hopefully that ass who complained never gets his power back. And okay, the french toast sticks are actually kind of good.
