Please save yourself from being ripped off. i ordered a six-inch subway and when I was about to pay i did not realized that I paid the full amount until i ate half of the subway sandwich. The worst part is that I was eating in the store itself and i am pretty sure the staff who charged me knew about this because he kept looking at me. There was no point for me to go confront him coz i ate half of them and i would not want to waste my time arguing about it. Please avoid this kind of behavior as this subway is located on financial district area and it is just not acceptable to have service like that.

I keep trying to give this place chances since it is so conveniently located near my work, the price is great and I love meatball subs. But I keep getting let down. Between getting handed the wrong sub and my coworker opening up a container of chicken noodle soup to only find it half full(both of which happened after getting back to the office… I went back to correct the wrong sub but it was too cold for my coworker to go back today for the full cup of soup). I know accidents happen, but they occur too frequently at this location. It’s Boston, I’m pretty sure there is another close by.

I wish that I could give this a 0 star rating! After I finish with this message I’ll probably complain to their corporate office. I do secretarial work for a local business which is literally right around the corner and at one point in time used this place to cater meetings. It was easy, I’d go in to the store tell the cashier that I wanted platters, and he or she would ask me about the specifications I wanted on each sandwich. One day I have to order food for our largest meeting yet. I go into the store and see that the person who is usually working the register isn’t there. Instead there is a new person and a female manager standing behind him. I tell him that I would like to order platters for a meeting. He reaches under the register where the catering forms are located but he’s stopped by the female manager behind him. She then tells me that I have to order it online. After asking why, she responds«I never keep catering forms in the store. I’ve never had them before.» She lied to my face. Not only did I fill them out multiple times that month, but I’d ordered platters this way the day before. I will not be ordering from this location again. She lost this place a lot of money.

This subway is the WORST ever… I ordered a 6-inch whole wheat vegetarian sub and they gave me 2-slices of cheese, 5 spinach leaves(no lie), and legit two small pieces of red onions. When I asked for them to add more veggies of each that I picked they looked at me like they didn’t understand my request. But then added another two pieces of red onion? WTF. TERRIBLE, I will NEVER visit this subway again. I work close to it & will spread the word in my office so NOONE ever visits this place again. The staff have personalities the size of a peanut… none of them are extremely friendly. Just the worst experience I have ever had at a subway to date.

This has got to be the SLOWEST Subway that I have ever been to. I only went there because it was less than a block away from where I was working. I was working at a hotel and recognized the bellman’s key(the way it was labeled made it obvious), which they had sitting next to the cash register. I asked to have it so that I could return it to the proper owner(my boss) and the woman behind the counter started arguing saying that it was her personal key. She hemmed and hawed when I asked her where she actually uses the card key since they only had standard key locks there, gave me a hard time belittling me, and finally returned it after I sent hotel security back to her. Totally inefficient and inept establishment.

Unlike a previous review states, this one is not in the corner mall. It is up the street a bit, closer to Government Center. I give this one props for the employee lining up the toppings like advertisements picture, instead of throwing them on like most places do. Plus, this location carries the veggie-patty(like a veggie burger, but rectangular). Nothing great but makes for a cheap lunch.

Okay, this is the one in the Corner Mall. When I went by earlier today, they had a sign up saying that on Tuesdays they have certain 1 foot subs for $ 3.99(instead of $ 5, I guess) — the only options I can remember are meatball, and tuna… there were perhaps 7 choices given. Unfortunately, I guess the Tuesday deal is only at lunch time, cause when I headed over to pick up a quick dinner, the sign was gone. I ended up ordering a chicken & bacon flatbread sandwich, which was tasty enough for what it was. A decent portion of chicken(pre– measured) and two slices of bacon. I got it with cheddar and ranch, after which it was baked to melt the cheese. Then it was time for the toppings. When I asked for extra tomatoes, my server added a couple of slices without hesitation. $ 4.57 for dinner.

Usually always busy during lunch… only go there b/c it’s the closest place to go during my class’ breaks. There is a crazy lady who works there who mumbles and acts crazy… although better than some fast food … it’s just another subway chain, so not much else to say!
