Nice convenient location for when I drive in and need to wait to pick up my partner. There is metered spaces up front but they are rare to come by. When I can snag one I’ll pop in and get a coffee. There is limited seating at this location.

Sbucks which is Hells busy just inside Copley place mall. There is an even smaller one inside the second floor of the Westin hotel if this one is too busy. The line does move well and drinks are at a Starbucks level of quality. Staying at the Westin I ventured out to look for a stronger cup of java and this was the closer option rather than having to walk out in heavy pouring rain. Most of the crowd was downtown work locals and the vibe was more of a positive nature. I appreciate the convenience of this location, Starbucks however is a bit run of the mill for me these days. My wish is they would introduce new blends of coffee as Nespresso does on a monthly basis.

Decently sized. Clean. Friendly service. Had a grande lemon bar frappucino made with soy milk, along with whipped cream and what appeared to be pralines sprinkled on the whipped cream. It was heavenly. I wasn’t a fan of the mini faux marble tables, but I guess they had to work with the space they were given. It wasn’t busy, so the atmosphere was very chill and quiet, which was nice. It’s also nice that it’s actually a full Starbucks and not apart of a hotel like the one at the Marriot, or part of a store like the one at Barnes & Noble. Would definitely come back to just sit and chill on my phone to have some quiet time.

This was one of my favorite Starbucks when I lived close by. The wait times might have been long at times, but the staff is friendlier and funnier than any other staff at a different location. I always looked forward to getting my caffeine fix here!

Normally I wouldn’t take the time to review a mall Starbucks, but I have to give top props to the team working at this spot.
Why?
Well… those who k now me know I’m not the most coordinated gal around. And I may or may not have spilled an entire venti skinny vanilla latte all over a colleague, his bag, the table, chair and quite possibly other patrons. You honestly have no idea how much liquid is actually in a venti coffee until you see it spilled all over a person, his belongings and all of the furniture at Starbucks.
But these peeps didn’t even think twice about swooping in to clean us up and even gave me a freebie replacement.
That’s service. Love it.

This Starbucks is probably by far one of the better ones I’ve been to. The staff here are generally friendly and they’re quite efficient compared to others. They’re quick on their feet and get your drinks right the first time.
Because of the locations, it’s generally very busy here but believe me, the lines go very quickly so it doesn’t feel like you’re here forever like others. Whenever I am in Copley, I make myself come here because after, i sit at one of the tables and just people-​watch. sometimes, it’s the most relaxing thing to do…

This Starbucks seems less crowded than most. That’s a good thing, as you can plug in, kick back, and watch people get freaked out by the Turner Fisheries interactive display.
Also it’s relatively hidden and near the hotel, so win for that.

I go here every single day during the work week, Take it from me they know how to make an americano the correct way unlike the other starbucks locations next to the Barnes and Noble/​Id rather walk further to this location than the other closer one. I havent had any rude comments etc like some of the other people posted below. I think the mcdonals comment is pretty funny– guess some people cant take a joke. Regardless, they know how to make the coffee the way they should be, it isnt watered down, it’s just right. Sometimes there is some strange characters in the morning, last week I saw a baby crawling all over the floors and someone almost stepped on it– but, that has nothing to do with the business. GO TO this starbucks !

I was really upset and disappointed at the service in this Starbuck. I ordered a white chocolate mocha frapuccino and it was good like always, the service I wasn’t so crazy about. When I ordered a girl thought it was funny the way I said frapuccino so she came over to the girl that took my order imitated laughed and walked away. I was really upset because in fact I do have an accent which I’m very proud of but it really gets to me when ignorant people make fun of me. Then this girl had to make my drink when she handed over I asked what was so funny about the way I placed my order the girl didn’t say anything back didn’t apologize nothing I asked for her name (no one was wearing name tags) and she refused to give me it and walked away. Will I stop drinking Starbucks not really but will not be going back there again. So unfortunate such a great place has such ignorant people working for them…

I truly love Sbux but I will never buy from the one in Copley place mall again! After waiting behind only 2 people for 10 minutes I ordered an unsweetened green tea. When I asked if they had lemon the cashier responded, «this isn’t McDonald’s honey» and laughed at me. Ummm okay??? Then waiting another 10 minutes for my tea. They will not be getting my money or recommendation!

This is a cool Starbucks located inside the Marriott Copley Place hotel and is right in the middle of two really nice shopping malls if you need a caffeine fix in between looking through the various retail establishments. They have free wi-​fi like every other Starbucks that I have been in and the staff was very friendly also. This Starbucks gets a lot of traffic and they seem to handle it very well, I never had to wait in line very long, even when there were quite a few people ahead of me. This is a great place to people watch since there is an enclosed walkway over the street connecting the two malls that I mentioned earlier, there are always a lot of people going back and forth. There is also an awesome chocolate shop across from this Starbucks although I can’t remember the name of it.

Hello, my name is Stephanie and I’m a Starbucks-​aholic. I can’t go a day with an Sbux fix and with working in Back Bay, I’ve got plenty of options. I was directed to this Starbucks though because it’s the best around and it really is.
The employees are super friendly, they move quickly and the drinks are always good. They’ve never messed up on me. And the majority of employees there know my order by now which is good because I can’t really function normally pre-​coffee. Sometimes getting out my order is a stretch in the early am fog.
