Amazing customer service. I would absolutely go back to them and here’s why:
My husband ordered some flowers to be delivered for our anniversary. They were yellow peonies and I was happy to receive the beautiful flowers! They certainly put a smile on my face while at work.
I was not so happy when less than 3 hours later they started wilting. Two days later I had to throw them out because they were dead. Sad face.
I emailed Janita and let her know that I was not happy with how long the flowers lasted. It then dawned on me that they were already in full bloom when delivered, which is probably why they were dying before my eyes that first day.
She emailed back and apologized. She said that because it was so hot the day they were delivered, the flowers opened up and that’s why they didn’t last as long. Then she offered to have new flowers delivered to me. I didn’t have to put up a fight or get angry or anything — she offered it right away! Two days later I had a new beautiful boquet that is in great shape.
How many florists do you know would do that? I don’t know of any that would do that (until now!).
This business obviously cares a great deal about their customers and they treat them well. Go give them some business because they certainly deserve it!

Located near the loud water fountain in Copley Place, Janita has a great selection of wooden flowers. It’s a bit different and unique for a gift idea and not as WT as it sounds. Some flowers are carved out of a single block of wood and all are hand-​painted. Janita is a great with deciding what to get and very helpful with creating an arrangement.
