Do not come for coffee here, the Starbucks at South Station. They charge not 10% more, but probably 50% more than regular Starbucks. I got a grande americano and it was 4 bucks, when I think typically they’re less than 2.5? I think they just charged me a random amount, and the coffee was BURNED. How do you burn an americano? The people who made and pushed out my drink were pretty rude, I had to basically reach out to their espresso machine to fetch my drink. They didn’t care, and I’m sure it won’t go out of business either cuz it’s Starbucks.

I like this spot, stuck here while waiting for commuter train, baristas were funny and fast and the shaken ice tea came out great. Paid with my Starbucks mobile card no problem. (Franchise location so no free refills for members)

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’m an avid Starbucks consumer and would advise anyone who likes Starbucks not to go to this one. Not only are the lines extremely long, the prices are higher than the average store(which I find weird since even in New York you’d hardly pay $ 5 for a small drink), and the staff has an awful attitude. I always feel like I’m being served by people who woke up on the wrong side of the bed and somehow think that is my fault. If you’re at South Station, just walk half a block to Summer St and go to the Starbucks there.

There’s not much to say here. They use the same Starbucks ingredients, so the drinks all taste fine. However, due to the small space they have(which also means small number of employees), and the large crowd of South Station, the lines can often be unbearably long. This probably explains why there are so many Starbucks within this like 500 foot radius. They also don’t accept the mobile Starbucks Rewards card, which I can’t understand, since this would help move the line along quicker. To be fair, if I’m waiting for my train, I usually don’t mind waiting in line, especially during the winter months when the T is delayed beyond your wildest nightmares. The location is quite convenient, but, understandably, it’s convenient for A LOT of people so keep that in mind if time is a limited resource for you.
