I went to Reuning & Son twice and the service from both Mr. Reuning and Mr. Jarvis were top-​notch professionalism. I had a cello which needed insurance appraisal update and at the same time I am looking for a new instrument. While I did not buy an instrument from them, their advice are sincere, helpful, and most of all unbiased. Thank you for giving me back the trust I nearly lost for all violin dealers.

I’ve been here for a chin rest, they were very helpful with advice. The place appears very high end with a large selection of instruments and a patient, knowledgeable staff. I returned for an appraisal, and they did it very confidently and efficiently. Highly recommend.
