I got lucky here because they were clearancing out some flats that I needed and I ended up buying 3 pairs… and my mom bought a cute purse.
The staff was what prompted me to write a review. SO helpful and patient. Yes, they had to go down stairs to get sizes, but they knew what they had in stock before they went down and usually brought up a couple other styles in my size and price range for me to try and see what I’d might like.
There is enough seating for trying on and its central in the market, so its easily part of a complete shopping trip.

Limited selection at this store since it’s so small.
Salespeople are helpful but I feel bad asking them for multiple requests since they have to go and get the shoes downstairs. I think they might get a little irritated too.
The atmosphere of this Nine West is pretty dreary. Dark and needs to be updated.
Fufills your need for Nine West basics, but don’t expect a great shopping experience or extensive selection.

Always like going to this location to find a pair of nice shoes for any occasion. Have gotten great flats and heels. However, they are a bit pricey, I remember getting this beautiful pair of dressy flip flops for $ 80! Turns out I wore them all summer and were well worth the price, but that is a bit high! The workers in the store are attentive, and there is ample seating for trying on. Always have many cute styles to choose from.
