Lids

I was in the store earlier today. It did not take long for a rep to help me out and make sure I was finding what I was looking for. I told her I couldn’t find what I was looking for so she took the time to look on their database for me to see if she could get the hat that I wanted. The representative’s name was Amanda and she was such a great help. She provided me wit the greatest customer service I have ever received in a store in that area. When I visited the same Lids location in the past I was not treated the same way. They ignored me and seemed like they didn’t care what I was doing.
AMANDA made up for them and the Lids brand. Because of her I feel like I can visit the store again in the future and have a great experience.
