i like this place.
not a fan of corporate chains, but i do like the staff. super helpful and attentive, and i do like the option of ordering online and having them ship to store for free.
the in-​store selection isn’t that strong (it’s a TINY spot) but the online feature sort of mitigates that.
also, the cap club thing is a great deal, you get a $ 5 discount per hat on most styles, which is great if you’re a big cap purchaser.

By far the best Lidz in the state, let alone all of New England. The employees are consistantly helpfully and friendly, even when you arn’t spending a ton of money. Recently the top cap fell off one of my authentic Sox hats. When every other hat store told me it was imposible to get another button and pressured me to buy another $ 35 hat, this lidz replaced it for free and even gave me another button (a red one) if I wanted to switch the style up. I will be doing my hat shopping exclusively through this lidz from now on.
