I go here a lot for work– for both printing and shipping and it’s always pretty reliable. One time I even messed up a couple pages on a print job and they quickly fixed it for me. It’s downtown and can get really busy at certain times though. Some of the people who work here are super friendly and others always seem so tired and bored. To be fair, I’ve heard other customers complain about random things, and I realize it must get super annoying to deal with as an employee.

Don’t come into this location! They are the MOST unhelpful and rude! I needed something bound and the acting «manager» instead decided to pick a fight with me and refused to help me telling me to take my business elsewhere. When I asked for a manager I was denied any escalation and was told to walk another 10 blocks to see someone else because the «manager» was too busy to help me. People need to lose the attitude and realize the customer is always right.

The guys here are extremely helpful. I had to ship a large item internationally – a bit of a nightmare learning about all of the legal restrictions while on a tight time crunch. But the guy (forgot his name) did everything possible to help me. He was patient enough to answer all my questions while offering me different options. I still wish shipping internationally was easier, but FedEx definitely made it as easy as possible for me.

Called the store this morning to ask if they could print me a calendar today. After describing that I had the 12 pictures I wanted for the calendar he told me to come down to the store and they would have it by the end of the day. I walked the mile to get there and when I showed hiom the pictures he told me I needed to go back to my work and scan them and then download on to a thumb-​drive. I was in the actual store with real pictures and he said they couldn’t copy them! Isn’t it a copy/​printing store??? I called the Natick store that I usually get it done at and they told me no problem, just bring the pictures in and it would be ready in 24 hours. Terrible customer service! Would not return or recommend this store!

I had to ship 50 poster tubes internationally for work, and this FedEx location did a great job with my (painful) order. Essentially, the team collated my stacks of posters, put them in shipping tubes (with a little padding to keep the posters from shifting, they filled out ALL of my shipping labels, and then prepped them for shipments. I did have to come in a few times to sign some international forms, but overall the FedEx team did all the hard work for me. They really went above and beyond what was necessary (honestly, I probably should have been the one to fill out the shipping forms), and they were friendly and helpful!

The first day I came the guy was really helpful and we designed the business cards together. Next day I got the business cards and my advice ((DO NOT GO THERE FOR BUSINESS CARDS)) the quality of the paper is sooooo bad. Even the free ones online are much better. You end up paying 30 dollars for a bad quality shameful business cards. Also the guy on the desk was not so helpful and way behind customer service :(I’m speaking about this location :

It’s 10:30 on a Friday night, and as the guido crowds gather at Gypsy Bar, Emerson College graduate students are in the library, desperately trying to meet the deadline to print their final project at Kinkos. Sounds pretty stressful considering this place closes at 11pm. But fear not! Kinkos will save your day, printing quality documents and binding them to fill your needs. The guy here was super helpful, nice and got the job done before closing. Kudos, Kinkos, you rule!

Monday, 5pm — in a rush and kinda frantic. Needed something done ‘yesterday’ and looking for help. These guys were great! They went the xtra mile and then some to make my final product look good even tho’ my original pdf needed some serious adjusting.
They did my job in a rush, with great care and with a smile. Go to FedEx on Tremont when you need old school style graphic arts help.
