This Dunkin is located inside the corner mall food court. Everything about it sucks that’s why I am not going to explain, it’s just everything from customer service to coffee. Save yourself and go to Dunkin footsteps away near Macy’s.

Been to this Dunkin quite a few times. Never disappoints. Right outside the Park St station across from the Boston Common, the place is just at the right spot. Surrounded by tourists and the office crowd of downtown, they are busy no matter what the time of the year. The staff here is always nice and polite. Some are especially more attentive to the specificness of the customers’ orders. For someone who is only a weekend coffee drinker, I like my DD a very certain way. So when someone takes care of the customer’s specific request, it counts a great deal. I have never had an issue with the way my coffee is fixed when I get it from here. So despite being in a very busy location and so, despite being busy all the time, the staff here keep the lines moving at a steady pace. Agreed that 90% of the orders are for coffee only, but still, having experienced some other not so busy locations and the service, this one clearly does an excellent job. I like my DD. And I like this branch of DD.

I know it might seem weird to review a DD, but this one deserves it. Every morning that I go in, they are friendly, efficient, and on point. There’s a guy who is often there who seems to be the manager and he helps out and seems to treat the employees well(I hope that’s the case) and maybe that’s what accounts for the positivity and efficiency? Either way, well done folks!

In the heart of Boston. We walked in on a weekend day and were in and out in minutes. What more could you ask for at a DD?

Been here many times. They always get my order right. Never burned any of my food. Employees are nice and friendly. Cheap prices(at least compared to Starbucks). In my opinion, an above average Dunkin’ Donuts.

Its everywhere in the east coast! its like seeing starbucks at every corner in SF. This is not bad Coffee is good maybe I just really needed coffee but I thought it was very smooth and delicious. The last time I had Dunkin Donuts was actually in S. Korea and here. Service was good from my perspective. I came here both mornings since it was located couple blocks from my hotel.

ooooh. East Coast! Dunkin’ Donuts everywhere! Being that i grew up in the Philippines and Dunkin’ Donuts is like a staple of a little girl’s lunchbox snack to school… i just had to have one little glazed munchkin to try… yet again. And yes… still has the similar taste as before… What i like about munchkins is that… it’s sooo convenient! My friend and i ate it while taking a brisk walk to the subway station. I was a little bit bummed, because they don’t carry the Nutty Chocolate Donut, which has always been my favorite. oooh. My mom used to buy me that for school all the time, and i liked eating a day old when the chocolate has hardened, and the bread is a little more firm. i know. my weirdness strikes again. And! They didnt have my 2nd favorite flavor, which was the Chocolate Butternut. It’s this chocolate donut with orange powdered specks. Those two being unavailable, I tried the Boston Crème donut… the filling was way too sweet, i had to scoop the filling out and stuck with eating the bread and the chocolate covered top. I’ve never been a fan of donuts with filling anyway. reminds me of… uhmm. nevermind. This location is really convenient and surprisingly not too busy when we stopped by. The folks are really friendly too!

This DD location recently underwent a face lift and looks great now. The new setup has drastically improved the whole operation. While they no longer have the«beverage only» line there are more places to order, or at least more space to order. While I ofter have to repeat my order to the folks there because of the overall noise they always get it right. The area where you pick up your order is no longer blocked by a high partition. Additionally, the station where you get your straws, sweeteners, and napkins is also cleaner. While DD food us average at best you can at least have a good experience while there. Plus they seem pretty strict about the homeless hanging out in there– always a plus!

Dear Dunkin Donuts, WHATISWRONGWITHYOURCREDITCARDSERVICE??? Why is it that at least one day out of every week(and never the same day so I can come prepared) your credit card machines simply stop working? You are one of the largest coffee chains in the country, you have 1000’s of stores, and yet every single DD’s in Boston has the worst credit card service I’ve ever experienced. Please fix, or at least display prominently the following sign: «CASHONLY(sometimes)». Love(and hate), Andrew
