Charley’s Grilled Subs

I have been to other Charley’s locations in food courts before and I have never been unhappy, until I came to this one on my lunch break at work. The staff seemed so disorganized and unhappy. There seems to be a good system in place when it comes to ordering and getting the food made, but altogether it seemed disjointed. The biggest turn off was the men SWEATING behind the grill while cooking. Really unappetizing to see beads of sweat on all the gentlemen manning the grill, while really hoping nothing landed on the food being prepared. I know it gets hot, so maybe add something to the uniform to help with the yucky sight of sweat. I should have known better and passed this place up, knowing that an inner city location may not live up to what I have had before, but alas, I listened to my stomach. I won’t be back, sorry, there are better places around to get a sandwich.
