B. Good

Came here today and ordered a west side burger with regular fries and drink combo. Total was around $ 12 and I get that the whole concept is supposed to be local so I did expect to pay more. However that burger was small and overcooked and the fries must have been a leftover batch; they were dry and not good. We came in around 2 pm, it wasn’t even busy and there were 3 people working yet it took a long time for the food to come out. Gave 3 stars because they had a good lemonade and drink selection. Disappointing though, I’ve had better burgers and fries at Five Guys.

Horrible customer experience at the Summer St location, the cooks are so rude in there… I am very disappointed because I really like what you guys stand for and do but you need to work more with your staff.

I really like B-good’s burger. Its very good. However it is very small. You won’t feel full after the burger. The fries are very good.
Salad is very expensive, it’s like 11 dollar for a salad and it is really really slow. Takes forever to get a salad.

Terrible service, quality, and portion of food. Ordered a salad and added sides of chicken only to find out half the items on the salad were missing.

I love BGood restaurants but this is my first and last time eating at this particular BGood.
Food tasted awful, not sure if it’s the oil they are using but the burger and fries did not taste right!

It’s located right next to al Capone we were deciding between the 2 (the wife won).
We were both first timers along with my 16 month old son (can be picky at times).
Got the B good. App while I was on their site lookin up the menu. They offered a free appetizer for app download so I downloaded the app.
Ordered a burger for myself (adopted Luke)
The Mrs had a chicken Caesar side salad
We also got the free app as the sweet potato fries and ordered «real fries» as well as a strawberry lemonade.
Our 16 month old picked off our plates but really enjoyed the burger, grilled chicken (from Caesar salad), and the sweet potato fries.
We all enjoyed the food
The burger was delicious the bbq sauce really set it off along with the smoke Gouda cheese and grilled onions
For a «healthy choice kind of place» it wasn’t overbearingly healthy in flavor
It was actually pretty tasty
Healthier choice and didn’t compromise taste I’m in !
As for the salad the grilled chicken was full of flavor came with a decent amount of chicken for a side salad
My wife said the wheat croutons were her fav she is a big advocate of croutons in her salad but this was her first time having wheat croutons like this.
The dressing was a bit lemony for her liking but it was still pretty good and felt light which ties into the theme of B good. I suppose.
My son seemed to really enjoy the sweet potato fries and the strawberry lemonade.
Also enjoyed the burger and the grilled chicken.

The place was spotless
I always sanitize the table down and put a portable placemat down for my son but the table was very clean
High chair wasn’t as clean but I’ve seen worse

Food came out quick

Average lunchroom style
Fast food style but much much cleaner
My only gripe is that the recycle bin was blocked off with trays (by the worker)
Can’t you put a new barrel there or change the bag so we can recycle our recyclables?
Overall a ⁴⁄₅ if recycle bin was there easily a ⁵⁄₅

There’s definitely something wrong with this particular B Good. All the others I’ve been to are awesome. I will say that when I went a couple weeks ago it was really good, but today the whole cooking staff was working on some big catering order and must’ve just been ignoring my order. When I got my burger finally and brought it back to my office (less than a 5 minute walk) it wasn’t even hot! It looks like they had cooked the patties then just let them sit out for a while, and THEN decided «oh…we should probably make that guys order and just use those patties that have been sitting out».
I’ll give it one more shot, but that’s it.

The girl at the cash register must have been too busy SIPPING HER DRINK right at the front to notice anything so she got my order wrong. TWICE. And I was the only customer in line! Seriously?! Then when I got the «burger» is was a sloppy misshapen mess that kept spilling out since my burger for some reason was cut in half. And during all of this, there were no apologies whatsoever. Don’t come here. The reviews are there for a reason

The women who helped me was making my milkshake with expired milk until I pointed out that it was. It was extremely hard to get this point across as she didn’t speak English and I had to get a translator. After waiting 15 minutes for a milkshake with no one else in line she spilt my milkshake and had to start over.
Final result was a milkshake with no milk. Shame really I live next door and they always had the best tasting around.

This review is only for the sweet potato fries – I didn’t try anything else so they may have better options. The fries were burnt, soggy (how they can be burnt and soggy at the same time is a little weird) and tasteless. They didn’t even look appetizing. It’s a little crazy they even served them to a customer. Womp womp…

I got one of B. Good’s bowls (spicy avocado & lime) for lunch the other day and it was pretty delicious. I found it a little pricey at $ 10, but it had a lot of good/​healthy ingredients. The bowl was spicy as promised so fair warning. I thought the level of spice was perfect, but if you are not someone who likes spicy food I would steer clear of this one (or get it without the chipotle sauce — think this was responsible for the spice).
You can order online to avoid the line. Just be sure to give someone in the back a heads up when you arrive that you placed your order online.

Very disappointed with the quality control at this location. Got a power bowl with mixed grains last week and today. Last week’s bowl was very good, which was the reason I went back today. However, today’s bowl contain some grains that are hard as rocks and could have easily caused some damages on your teeth. It is not that these grains are under-​cooked but rather they are cooked and left out for days to dry and harden. So you can’t possibly chew on these hardened grains unless you want to break some teeth. Would probably not going back anytime soon. Can get better bowls elsewhere at a lower price.
Cannot recommend this place until they fix the quality issues.

Messed up the order, over charged, and the food we got was terrible. The French fries were doughy and the shakes were thin.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. The food sucks, the service is horrible, and they can’t get an order correct. The girl taking my order was extremely rude and couldn’t understand anything! Will never go here again

Turkey burger and fries — total under 700 calories but slightly over $ 10 — which is totally manageable. Love how they source all their ingredients locally. Reason for 3 stars… service and speed — don’t expect friendly, courteous or fast service.

This was the only place open until 9pm in the area that I was at! Luckily it was good too although I was a bit iffy due to the reviews. I got a turkey burger with jalapeño slaw and I took some of their spicy hot sauce to go too. Their drinks looked really good but I did not try them this time. The turkey burger was delicious, although it looked dry it did not taste like that at all. It was perfect to me!

I ordered the «Power Bowl» — Kale, carrots, brussel sprouts, shiitake crisps, pepitas, local egg, tomato vinaigrette.
The Power Bowl was delicious. Fresh kale, and perfectly done shiitake mushroom crisps. The egg on top was not runny (which I liked). There was the right amount of quinoa so the ratio to kale and extras was perfect. There was a random late-​lunch crowd (around 1 PM) but they did a good job of getting the orders out. I wish there was more kale to fill my bowl, but at the end of the meal I was satiated.
I was welcomed in warmly, and decided to sign up to be a B. Good family member-​it looks like it uses a portion of the proceeds per sale to fund various community development initiatives. You also get a portion of fries the next time you swipe your ID at a B.Good. Like Facebook page and you can get an order of sweet potato fries! Yum!
I will definitely be going back. The food did feel local, delicious, and refreshing. The staff was kind and fast. The work areas were kept clean and it is in a great location on Summer Street-​beating competition like Sebastians and Chipotle nearby. Great lunch option.

I wanna give this place 4.5 stars or maybe even 5 for their food options! Love that it is vegan friendly, eco conscious, and sustainability and value driven! Additionally, their loyalty program is amazing. Plus one for serving local beverages and using sir Kensington condiments
However, I always experience poor service here. The staff seem very checked out and unprofessional. I’ve dealt with multiple workers that have given me a bad attitude. Also, two times I asked for dressing on the side for my bowl, they still served me dressed greens.
Their slogan is «real food fast» but it should be «real food slow»! Don’t come here if you’re in a rush. You’ll be famished or late for life

In my every continuing journey to clog my arteries with red meat, my husband took me to his favorite burger joint. I have to say right off that this place reminds me of something I would find back at school — very PC. It has the right kind of beef, whole wheat bread, natural sodas and drinks, organic sh … stuff. Once I got over that, I really enjoyed the burger and the sweet potato fries.
In order to enjoy this place, you have to suspend what kind of burger you are used to and go with what they have. I think if you are a rigid burger eater, this place is probably not for you. While I would not go out of my way to eat here, I think I would definitely stop here if I were in the area and have some more delicious burgers.

Though the food may taste great and the quality of the ingredients is unquestionable. Both the high cost and the stupid amount of time it takes to make something as simple as a salad are mind boggling. I know that they are trying for quality over quantity but when I watch my food being made it just seems to take a long time for everything.
I have also watched my salad being made and nothing is disheartening as watching other people who are behind you in line get their food first.
For that reason, and what seems like a lack of organization, I have to give this place a single star.
