I love my local Starbucks! Drive-through here is crazy and tricky, but I usually go inside for a drink and a little bite to eat. The staff is always friendly and the coffee… well, the best!

This location has gone down hill. It’s not consistent like some of the other locations and it seems super slow. It’s frustrating when you feel like you have to take a sip of your drink before you pull away but you do. It’s an investment and for $ 4 I want what I want. Invest more in training your staff rather than a new fancy menu board.

Great service. Always nice. Coffee tastes good. Sometimes it tastes different based on location. This location is usually pretty convienant for me. Sometimes I use the one in Target, because its closer. I prefer the drivethru. This drivethru is usually very quick. The one at the promenade is terribly slow

Rude service and drinks ordered are never correct. Ask for venti? Receive a grande. Ask for no whipped cream? Receive extra. As for caramel frap with mocha, receive mocha frap no caramel. Ask for double shot of espresso in your frap? Dont receive that. Do yourself a favor and drive to the Starbucks on Bolingbrook Dr. Excellent service and correct orders.

Staff is always friendly and gets my orders out quickly! This is definitely one of the better Starbucks I have been too. I can’t really think of anything negative I have experienced here.

I am not a fan of Starbucks or any coffee shop. First, I dont drink coffee. Second, never understand why people want to hang out at a place like this? Third, have you seen the prices! I was actually next door at Lou’s. Had to wait for about twenty minutes so they can cook my pizza. So I do enjoy smoothies. I wanted to try the strawberry and banana. It was ok, but I have had plenty that were a lot better and cheaper. Now the service was just fine, place was clean.

So I’m at this Starbucks right now, and though they do get points for cleanliness, temperature, and speed/accuracy of our order, there are two serious offenses to this particular branch. First, I grabbed a bottled Frappicino from the cooler, made my purchase, and took a few sips. Then I saw it. The expiration date. The bottle expired a month ago! I promptly brought it to the counter, tried to exchange it for another, and the next bottle was also expired! The cashier did refund the drink and also allowed me to exchange for a new, fresh Frap. However, this associate was trying to blame the error on a whole expired case, since she ‘just restocked the cooler’ recently. Seriously frightening if they’re not checking dates. Hopefully the milk and syrups are current. Next, and really the issue is just with this individual ‘barista’ previously mentioned, she was sitting outside before her shift, smoking in front, and discussing personal issues with a customer who clearly could have cared less. These personal qualms involved jail time and alcohol – not exactly what I want to want to hear, but not really my business if your uniform’s not on. However, she started her shift, and is now dropping f-bombs and other curse words while behind the counter. We can hear her, it’s disruptive and unprofessional, and I’m positive others are irritated by her discourteous demeanor. Starbucks, I’m a loyal Gold Card patron, and still will be, but please be a little more discerning in your hiring/training process. It’s important each location remain consistent and a place I’m not embarrassed to advocate.

I recently visited the Bolingbrook-Weber & Lilly Cache location, and received the rudest customer service by the drive-thru employee, Erika. She was rude when I told her I needed just a moment to place my order and then again at the window when I asked her a question about my order. I don’t leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to leave this message due to her inexcusable behavior.

This is rated relative to the tons of other Starbucks I’ve been too domestic and internationally. They have a drive-thru, easy parking, competent service, inviting interior, and it’s very clean. Not really much else to say for any given Starbucks but this is a pretty good one.

This is my Starbucks! I count on Starbucks for my daily wake up call! And yes I have become thoroughly addicted to caffeine! I love this Starbucks because they have a drive thru location, which is all I need! Perfect for my early morning runs! Once in a while I will grab a slice of cake or something sweet, always fresh, never stale! The tipping thing really throws me off though, the tipping cup sitting out on the ledge is really tacky I think! When you are paying so much for a coffee and you really expect a tip?! And this is coming from someone who works for tips, this is outrageous although! I do love my Starbucks gift cards!
