I don’t want to give any star because this establishment is not even worth giving them a star. I bought a facial deal from Groupon. I bought this in November and have not had my facial yet because I cannot get a hold of anyone. I left many messages. I never get any call back from them. This is a joke. I have lodge a complaint with Groupon. Hopefully I could get my money back if not lesson learned!
Update: Groupon got back to me and offered to contact them on my behalf. With such disappointing experience, I told them I no longer wish to go there. Without any hesitation, Groupon gave me a refund back as a point credit towards my next purchase.

I’ve gone here twice for facials and they have been wonderful and so very relaxing. I liked how the room was very dark and the music was at a perfect noise level. The salon is very quiet. The girl who did my last facial was professional and explained to me what she was doing, which I appreciate.

Awesome place! I get a lot of massages but this place is great. Holly was amazing. She used the right pressure and was very attentive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. They are affordable too which is rare for a high quality spa.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD BECAUSE WE GOT ZERO SERVICE!!! I bought a groupon for a work associate for her birthday. She tried for months to make an appointment and could not get a return phone call. She finally embarrassed approached me. I was mortified. I called and left a threatening message that I would contact groupon and they returned my call. They said they would contact her and they did. But they couldn’t get her in before the expiration but would honor it. That was fair and she made the appointment. Then they had the audacity to call and leave her a message that they had to cancel her appointment. At this point the groupon was expired! She has tried to call them back for weeks and they will not answer!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!
