Was here last week to see a friend’s band play. This is a nice bar for an older crowd. I’ve been old enough to drink for a very long time and I think I was the youngest one in the place. The bartenders, Manny and Sue were great. They were fast and the drinks were perfect, not weak or strong, just the way they were supposed to be. Had a few men flirt with me, one of which was telling me about his being in Vietnam. That may tell you about what the age group is here. But I liked it there. Would go again to see a show, or for karaōke, but I couldn’t be a regular since it’s a bit far from where I live.

Lounge. I happened into this place as a friend was playing there. Nicely laid out, with friendly bartenders and a patron base that seemingly are all regulars; it is definitely a place for the over 40 crowd… I enjoyed the tunes, had a few drinks and admired the décor of the place– it is sort of an island in the middle of nowhere and not what I expected. This is a place to meet, drink and talk. There are a few TV’s but you have to be a contortionist to actually watch them due to their oddball location — but hey, you are there to mingle and not be a couch potato. Reasonable prices. Located in a small strip mall with plenty of parking in front and around the side.

Crowded with the baby-boomers on certain nites, has a cover certain nites, and has karaōke which makes you wait an hour to sing once.
