I have been a resident in Boerne for 30 years and customer of great clips for over 10. In the recent months this establishment has begun to take reservations via Smart Phone Apps. While I appreciate the convenience this affords patrons for me personally this is a huge nuisance. One of the biggest draws this company has had is the flexibility to pop in at your convenience to receive a service. This is no longer the case. I now ‘pop in’ and find myself waiting in a line that doesn’t even really exist, except on-line. I have always found the service good, the people friendly, but they fall into the category now of ‘online service center’ and that, for me, is a no win situation. Cya Great Clips, me and my family of 12 won’t be there again.
