A must stop. Scallops were the best I ever had and the cabia was extraordinary Service was superior and ambiance off the scale. A great place ESP for a special occasion

Got served raw grouper… Started eating a few bites & noticed rubbery raw fish… reported it to waiter… manager came over eventually… Nothing done for service recovery… Charged us full price for my meal … Went back to Boca Beach Club & ended up puking my meal in the bathroom… We’re Hilton Diamond members… hate to see what happens when you’re not… I would have expected to get a refund for my dinner…

Went for an after dinner drink & the view. Our server Pebbles was lovely. Drinks were great, wine was nice. Hidden Gem in Boca. If you’re staying at the hotel or a member of the club-must check it out!

Went there for a light dinner on 10/19/2015. The view was very good,(it’s on the top floor of the hotel) but since we had pretty much the same view from our hotel room(in the same building) I wasn’t too«awestruck». They made an «okay» martini – I expected more for the price. I had the Warm Mushroom Salad frisee, mustard greens, marcona almonds with truffle vinaigrette & shaved pecorino($ 15) which was very good and displayed well. My date had a salad with peaches, fresh mozzarella and basil, which she enjoyed. It was also presented well. I’m pretty sure her salad was about the same price as mine. We ordered the shrimp cocktail, which consisted of 5 boiled and peeled shrimp, for $ 25 dollars. That’s correct – $ 5 dollars a shrimp. It’s advertised at «U-12» shrimp(which I take it to mean 12 shrimp per pound, uncooked weight) They didn’t seem to be very big and I wasn’t really impressed. It’s shrimp cocktail. A very, very expensive shrimp cocktail. It’s a nice ambiance, and the staff was very professional and the view is very nice, but the food is expensive.

Very nice rooftop-ish bar, great views. Came here for drinks in a Saturday night. Loved that they had a DJ. During our quick 3-day getaway, it seemed like most of the resort shut down at about 10, so it was nice to have something lively to do after hours. Would recommend using the Unilocal check in coupon for a free well cocktail or house wine. Drinks were generally good, service was very good. Can’t speak for the food, we didn’t get any.

The restaurant is at the top of the tower near the hotel. The view is excellent and the service is nice, but the food is average at best and is proved like a 5 star restaurant. I would save the money and go to Red Lobster or I would spend the money and go to Truluck’s.

This restaurant has a great view. You have to valet because it is at the boca resort in the tower. The seafood is great, I had the stuffed lobster, no complaints here.

Spectacular view. Great food and awesome service we had several servers tending to our needs. The pork appraiser was to die for. I will definitely be back but I’m pretty sure it’s a requirement to be a hotel guest to dine at The Blue but not positive. They are running a special for free cocktail with a Unilocal check in.

We made a reservation for 830pm on a Saturday night(the day after our wedding so we were spending our weekend at the resort). We sat at the bar waiting for our table until about 9pm(Bartenders were very nice.) After being seated, we order more drinks and an appetizer. Our waiter told us bread would be out soon. At almost 930pm, still no bread or appetizer, I asked if the bread was ever coming out. Our waiter said«oh yes it’s cooking now». Magically within a minute, we had bread(warm, def not just made) but I will say, the butter and bread was good. Our food came around 10pm. I ordered the scallops, they were decent going in… But I was sick for hours that night. Not to mention, our waiter rarely came back and the manager was speaking to every table(literally getting on his knees for other tables to speak to them) but never once came to us. Basically, if you’re not a member or an «elite». You get treated like you don’t exist. My husband and I both said we would never be back because of the snooty staff.

It was my wife’s birthday and I was very excited to take her here. We were here two years ago and had a wonderful experience. This time around it was quite different. Our salads were very good. For our entrée my wife ordered the monk fish with oxtail. The fish was salty and dry(didn’t attempt the oxtail). My dish, shrimp with risotto was fair at best. I preordered a birthday desert which looked good. The taste was awful. My opinion, they need a new chef. We were excited to have a real desert at Serendypity’s and there, WEWERENOTDISAPPOINTED.

This restaurant has great service, view and food. I would highly recommend this place. I went there with friend for dinner. The staff was top notch and very attentive. We ordered crispy pork belly as an appetizer. This came with polenta. It was creamy and crispy and left me wanting more. For dinner I had the baked lobster and my friend had the rockfish. Both were delicious and had beautiful presentation. Great experience overall!

We have dined at every restaurant at The Boca Resort and all I can really say is the view from The a Blue was beautiful. Cuisine…not so much! Try Lucca, 501, or even Serendipity before wasting your money there. You simply are paying for a view. Food was mediocre and way overpriced and the service was haphazard at best.

Went with a group to have drinks. It was a nice looking place, but I didn’t care for the cocktails. Service was bad as well.

The blue provides a prefect combination of great ambiance and great food. The view from the 27th floor was fantastic, especially as the sun set. We started with the crispy pork belly and almost stabbed each other to get the last bite. My wife’s NY strip was so moist and tender that I was sure it had been cooked sous vide. Our waiter assured me that it had been cooked on the grill, but had been marinated in olive oil and garlic. Either way you could cut it with a fork. I had shrimp etoufee with a rice cake. It was presented beautifully. Taste wise, my only wish was that I had more of the etoufee sauce. Our server was both attentive and knowledgeable, and added to our experience. I would highly recommend the blue to anyone looking for a romantic setting and a great meal.

Outstanding! Went there for drinks & the Raw Bar, per a new friends advice. Had a drink, no raw bar and glad we decided to stay for apps and dinner. Best meal I have ever had in South Florida… since January 1990. Even stayed for dessert. Highly recommend!!!

Where to even begin?! Looking for a venue for our company holiday party is a big task. However, working with Lauren from the Boca Raton Resort & Club was the best. She was able to assist me in planning a great Holiday Event. We fell in love with the view and atmosphere of The Blue. It is on the 27th floor. We had approximately 58 guest attend the party. We decided to have a buffet dinner instead of a formal sit down dinner that way everyone could mingle. It was a great idea. Immediately when we walked in we were greeted and offered wine. The waiters made sure we always had a drink in our hand. The buffet menu consist of the following: There were several stations of the Claw Bar throughout the venue. The shrimp and lobster claws were delicious and super fresh. I loved the bloody mary cocktail sauce and spicy mustard aioli. It was a great combination. The passed hor d’oeuvres: Deviled Eggs: There were two options. The crab(my fav) and the Andouille. Tomato & Goat Cheese Bruschetta– very good as well. Roasted grouper with lemon butter sauce– delicious and tasty. Salads: Caesar Salad which I heard was very tasty with the anchovies but I did not try this one. I had an eye on the Taste of Fall salad and I was in love with it. This this salad has a lot of ingredients we decided to have a «Make your own station» There was roasted butternut, goat cheese, baby red lettuce, candied pumpkin with dried cherry vinaigrette. It was absolutely delicious. I could not get enough of it. Now for the main course: Mustard Glazed Salmon, Honey Roasted Chicken, and Skirt Steak Skewers. All 3 items were full of flavor. I loved how the venue portioned e ach into small portions so that everyone could try a little of each. For the sides we had Parmesan Red Bliss Potatoes, Grilled Portobello, and Creamed Spinach. Everyone was very satisfied with the food. It was all done to perfection. I am not big on dessert but walking by the dessert station convinced me to give it a try. My favorite was the butterscotch custard. There was also the carrot cake and chocolate cupcakes which looked great. Service: I can’t express enough how Amazing service was. Everyone was so attentive and super friendly. Very welcoming and making sure everything was on point. Thank you so much everyone!

Excellent service from the get… Our server Juan was very attentive, courteous & helpful. Everyone was extremely helpful. Got escorted back to table by someone clear across the restaurant as I loss my sense of direction returning from the lady’s room. Waiter helping an entirely dift area knew exactly where I came from. Lol! Drink options were vast & on point… from vodka to pinot! Best bottle of wine. Too bad they had only 1 bottle of it. Oh & the food was superb. I don’t eat seafood but my partners thoroughly enjoyed the oysters & king crab legs. I on the other hand enjoyed the fried green tomatoes, taste of fall greens & my petite filet which was still too much for me & had to be shared. Partners enjoyed the shrimp & grits & lobster! Overall Super fab experience!

Aside from the view and the drinks, the staff was kind of inattentive. we showed up for dinner on a Tuesday at 8pm and they asked for reservations(we sat at the bar instead). We had to get up and physically get our own silverware and barely got refills of our drinks once. The food was good, but when i asked the waitress what she recommended, her response was«oh, i don’t know. the salads are good?» I guess dinner wasnt that great of an experience, but drinks, the view and the party we were with made it worthwhile.

I give this place five stars just for the amazing, unbeatable view, with or without ordering anything from the menu. You can see all over Boca Raton from the restaurant, as well as neighboring beach cities. The service was excellent. The menu is very interesting and creative. We had the prawns, bbq pork sliders and the watermelon and feta salad. All of the dishes were incredible. We also had the popular basil martinis, which I highly recommend. When visiting the Boca Waldorf Astoria, you must treat yourself to the blue.

The Blue has a great atmosphere and the view is superb, not surprising being it is situated on the top floor of Boca’s tallest building. The menu is a very creative twist on classics like shrimp & grits. Had the Filet as an entrée; it was cooked well and tasted amazing. Although I did not personally try it, the key west snapper is said to be caught fresh daily, and is one of the most popular dishes on the menu. I was a little disappointed by the dessert, ordered the peach cobbler. It was another creative approach on a classic, unfortunately the peaches tasted like they were poured straight out of a can and warmed :(
