During the gulf American Veterinary Conference since I was staying at the tower, I decide to go ahead and give Cielo a try. I have always being attracted to high sky views and fancy places lol. The first time I came with my colleagues we sat by one of the many windows and ordered our meal and our drinks. I had their Maine lobster with a dirty martini. After the first martini which was good I wanted to have a second but not dirty or traditional. The bart tender came to my table and wanted to make something for me. He asked what I like and I told him I wanted something citrusy with a tiny tinge of sweet. He mix me up a martini some: Kettle one vodka 2 oz Midory 2 oz A splash of St. Germaine A splash of Lime Juice With a lime swirl (This is my custom martini everywhere I go) Yes after three of those I was ready for some carbs! Seriously. My lobster came in, with a beautiful presentation, it was cut in half very easy and accessible and all the claw meat laid right on top, no need for cracking and the unnecessary mess. I visited Cielo four times after this with a lady friend I met over here, she absolutely love this restaurant . Note: Daniel Schulte(best server hands down, extremely accommodating and has over eight years of experience in this restaurant. He made me feel very welcome, showed me the entire restaurant including the kitchen and introduced me to the chefs table, which by the way it is a complete 360 Glass window with a beautiful clear oval table, it’s the only table I have dined after my first time here(The pictures are available) The entire table closes by a frosted glass, providing privacy and a silent setting with views to the kitchen and the city. Roberto Colombi– general manager came to greet me and thank me for my business after seeing me there more than just one time. Nader chef — an artist Make reservations! You can’t just walk in. What a beautiful atmosphere! Atop the tower building overlooking Boca– there was no such thing as a bad seat. The service was phenomenal and the food was good(not amazing, but good). The drinks were great too! I would say its a small menu and if you’re not a meat eater, you’re not left with many options. Even my fish had pork in it. But if you like what’s on the menu, you will enjoy the experience.

The menu is VERY limited. All about the amazing view from the top of the tallest building in Boca. If your on vacation and want a new twist on dining, come to the Cielo. Cielo is a privately owned facility(unlike others in the resort), making it much faster than the slow resort staff.

Cielo hosted my wedding, and they did an absolutely fantastic job. The service was fantastic, their willingness to accommodate and attention to detail was very impressive. Add to that the stellar food, amazing views, and. Oh yeah, the fact that I got MARRIED… And it all adds up to our being very impressed with Cielo. We had our ceremony in one of their«Nooks» overlooking the Ocean and to the West just before the Bar opened for business. So it was quiet, intimate, and perfect for a small wedding ceremony. They hosted a cocktail hour prior to the ceremony, with some amazing hors d’ouvres(«Spanish Men» Skewers of quince jelly, olives, prosciutto & manchego. It was AMAZING) and of course, wine to match. As disorganized as we were, they never once made us feel hurried or unwanted. Once the ceremony was over, the Event Planner /Coordinator gathered my things for me and made sure they were safely in my «Bride Bag» so that I didn’t lose anything and made sure I knew where it was stashed. She saw to every need we had, and had an indulgent smile on her face the entire time. The food was another thing entirely. Holy WOW. Since we were such a small wedding reception, we opted for their full menu choices for the evening.(See Photos.) This included: Appetizers: Steak Tartare with Boiled Baby Lobster Spicy Meatballs with Aged Cheese Smoky Spanish Octopus with Hearts of Palm Main Courses: Butterflied Whole Branzini Medierranean Salmon with Fresh Florida Citrus and Crisp Proscuitto Grilled Ribeye on the Bone and of course: Filet Mignon. Sides: Baked Brussels Sprouts with Onion, Pancetta, and Balsamic Wedged, Crisp Potatoes Charred Asparagus. Literally not ONE thing I tried failed to blow me away. I mean… Who has Steak Tartare with Lobster at their wedding??? THISGIRL! Our Server(Matt Damon… Don’t ask…) was on the spot and on his game, and the rest of the Event Team continued to check in throughout the evening. Of course, it ended with The Cake.(See Photo.) Dark Chocolate Cake(moist!!) layered with Cream Cheese Icing, frosted with Fudge and appropriately adorned for the Bride and Groom. We couldn’t be happier, and highly recommend the experience of an Event at Cielo to anyone!

Great view, food, and service — Cielo doesn’t fail to impress. Décor is chic, but with the building being rather old still felt very 90’s. The view however is great; facing north-east I was able to see the beach, inter-coastal, and outer lying boundaries of the city. We arrived a bit early for dinner service, so we grabbed some drinks and bar snacks to kill time while overlooking the water. Service is definitely up there in my book. Food was very good, and«timing» was phenomenal being a several course meal. As expected from a pricey establishment, portions are not quite up to standard for your typical young adult but I made due. A definite must-try and don’t feel guilty if you’re feeling the need to splurge, it’s worth it!

Greatest place for drink and a view to match. Inventive menu, fun service, refined but not too serious. Hip without being pretentious. Highly recommended. I’ve been back and it’s well worth it.

1st time here and we had an awesome experience. The view is amazing and the staff was kind and courteous. The food was amazing. The portions won’t leave you stuffed, but its enough to curb your appetite. Only down side was we had to wait for a table which we called in advance to reserve. We were on time, but the table wasn’t. It wasn’t too much a downer as we sat at the bar and had a few drinks as we waited. Prices are $$$$ so don’t be surprised when you get the bill and its $$$$. We spent over $ 200 for two adults for a 3 course meal each with cocktail drinks. Either way the experience was worth it. We will be back eventually and hopefully have the same experience.

We came in 7÷29÷11 to grab a couple of drinks at the bar and check out the menu to possibly come back for dinner the next night. The view was great and the drinks were good, but I definitely take exception to the fact that the girl tabbed us out and added a 20% gratuity to our tab. Just me and my husband, 2 people, for 2 drinks… give me a break. We tip 20% always anyway, but that’s obnoxious. Needless to say we didn’t return the next night for dinner while on our trip.

Here is our amazing culinary experience in a nutshell. My husband and I were celebrating my 33rd bday and our 8 year wedding anniversary. We were given a complimentary mussels app along with the standard ciabatta bread with dipping sauces. YUm! We ordered the soup of the moment, mushroom soup — also amazing as we gobbled every last drop. My veal was to die for, and I don’t usually order veal or find it scrumptious. The waiter explained that most of their dishes are cooked in a special way that seals in the flavor, it was amazing and well worth their effort. My husband ordered the filet and was very impressed with the flavor. Our desert medley was out of this world as well as our wine recommended by our sommelier(wine steward). I highly recommend to celebrate at CIELO, but take your $$$ it doesn’t come cheap but well worth it!

Solid American fare. I can understand how this restaurant can cater to New Yorkers and other snow birds. Everything about it screams NY. The food ranges from solidly good to excellent. Their roast chicken for example had an awesome tapinade marinade to it. Its fine dining with attentive but not overly service and a very hospitable staff unlike what you get in snooty NY. My only complaint was that their to die for chocolate desert was too chocolatey I much would have preferred my orange corn meal cake with roasted figs however my fiancé ate my dessert.

Located on the 27th floor of the tower at Boca Resort. Cielo is your typical fancy restaurant with BLAND food that is ridiculously expensive. Gordan Ramsay needs to school this women on how to use seasonings. With a 7% full restaurant we sat at least a hour and a half before we started eating. I had the lobster ravioli, sea scallops and my girlfriend had the lamb shank, which she thought was pretty good. Our bill came out to be $ 330. Will probably never go back.

My mom and I were staying at the Boca Raton Resort and we made it our mission to find out about happy hour specials at each bar/restaurant, as full priced drinks were ridiculously expensive and we are not what you would call«one and done» type women. Cielo, the swanky restaurant located at the top floor of the Tower building has two great specials that are offered from Wednesday through Sunday. The first is from 4:30 to 7 and is a buy-one-get-one on all drinks. The 10 to midnight happy hour is simply half off all drinks. After some strategic planning, we made our rounds from one happy hour to the next until we finally ended up at Cielo. It was there that I met my newest vice-in-a-glass, the hot and dirty martini. Absolute Peppar, olive juice, tobasco and blue cheese stuffed olives = love at first sip. I remarked to our friendly bartender that the drink reminded me of a martini style bloody mary, and she wholeheartedly agreed. My mom sipped an espresso martini, which looked delish. We were starting to get the munchies, so we ordered a «Kobe» burger and fries off the bar menu to share. It was juicy, flavorful and hit the spot. The fries were perfectly cooked and served in a miniature brass pot, which helped keep them warm for far longer than if they had been sitting on a plate. Brilliant! This was our favorite bar/restaurant at the resort, and we were regretful that we waited until the last night to check it out.

Food was delicious, décor was classy & chic, glutony was the main course. My word, bring your wallet full & your Kobeyashi stomach empty. It’s definitely not a place you’ll go very often, but it’s somewhere you should go at least once. Reason for 4 stars? The food wasn’t soooo incredible that it warranted the price tag, but it was still very good. Will probably never go back, not because of the experience, except that I’m so incredibly stuffed, it’s uncomfortable, and not because of the portion size, it’s weird. More on that later. The wife & I went there and met another couple. They were running late so we had a drink at the bar. My wife had the Cielo Royale, a champagne cocktail with framboise & chambord. It was nice. I had a single barrel Jack on the rocks. What did I eat? They had a nice bread service to start with 3 nice dips — an eggplant purée, a black bean & olive tapenade, and a hummus. We all went with the normal 3 or 4 course dinner. I had the 4 course, with the starters of the English Pea risotto and the Tuna carpaccio. The risotto was excellent, but the tuna had a hint of the flavor of a canned tuna, even though it was perfectly seared and paper thin slices. For my main course, I had the veal tenderloin, cooked to medium rare that the chef likes to serve it at(nicely cooked, just a shade on the rare side of medium rare). It had a small serving of polenta in a pudding consistency with it and a nice sweetbread cooked into a wine reduction. Desert was the crème brûlée with a bailey’s foam and some coffee beignet balls. We had a bottle of California Zinfendal with it. Service from our main server was outstanding. His assistant was way out of place there and I doubt she’ll be there long. Very pleasant experience, but for the price, it was just a bit under expectations. I love good food and I love a nice big meal, but there’s something weird about 4 courses not very big at all(actually a nice size, just on the oversize of too small) and one small piece of bread leaving me feel absolutely stuffed, uncomfortably. Same for the wife and she had 3 courses. Odd. However, with my back and forth yea nay review here, it’s worth checking out. But, if you’re a local, you have to get a pass to go in and they have to give you one, as it’s only open to members or guests of the resort. They have a limited amount of passes allotted to them each day to locals, so plan ahead.

The ambiance was wonderful, the service was pretty good, but the the Black truffle and watercress risotto with Florida frog legs was outstanding. I followed that with the Duck Breast including confit raviolis with a nice bottle of Williams Selyem Pinot Noir. The crem brulee was good but nothing special. Thanks for the great meal Mike!

This place is all about Ambiance and Service. Located on the 27th floor of the tower at Boca Resort and has a panoramic view of the inter coastal area. Unfortunately we did not have a window seat but were located close enough to view most the coast line. The place was immensely clean. If you spill a piece of ice or food on the table, they will make sure it is wiped off before the next course is served. The music was subtle and the lights were fairly dim. The crowd was mainly older with the exception of our table and another across the room. Service was great but food took awhile even though the portions were small. The waiters were constantly at our table making sure everything was in order. I must have had my silverware replaced 5 – 6 times. My area wiped off throughout the dinner, yes I can be a messy eater. I started off with one of the best Long Islands I have ever had. It was strong yet could hardly taste the liquor. I went with a second and had a nice buzz going leaving the place. There were 2 options, 3 or 4 course meal. With my appetite, I decided on the 4 course meal. To start off I had the main lobster spaghetti and I am unsure what the second was called but it was crab based. Both portions were relatively tiny. For the main course I choose Pan Seared Ahi Tuna which was great but at most I received 4 oz of Tuna. Considering this was a $ 85 dinner, I expected a bit more in portion sizes. Lastly a key lime dessert which was definitely great. I am a huge fan of key lime and being in South Florida were it originated from, its a must to get a slice or cup. In total we had 4 desserts among the 3 of us. Apple Struddle, Crème Brulee and Chocolate Spice Raspberry sorbet, and key lime. Would I come here again? If I’m not paying, sure.

Amazing views of the Boca Raton Harbor! This gorgeous and newly renovated and opened restaurant sits atop the Boca Raton Resort & Club Tower. We started with a few cocktails. I had the James Bond(combo of champagne, citron vodka and a sugar cube) — fizzy DELICIOUS! I tried having the bar downstairs make it later in the night — they fell flat … But this was AWESOME — for $ 18 it better be! I have to give props to the sommelier — he was very knowledgeable and über friendly. The«knowledge» part usually comes with this gig; however, the friendly part — sadly, it’s usually left behind. I’m sure we kept him entertained — as we most often do. Kudos! We selected from the decadent 3-course menu — pricey, but oh so tasty! Well worth the $$… I say this even though i wasn’t footing the bill. Thanks again, corporate card! I started with the Ravioli of king prawn. Tasty, but a bit too much of a fish taste for moi. My biz partner started with the Tortelli of oven roast pumpkin — now THIS was the tasty dish! For entrees we had the Turbot(DELISH fish with coriander and key lime dressing) and the Escolar(AMAZING fish with Romesco crust, mussel and chive sauce). For dessert we finished with the cold chocolate fondant and the strawberry carpaccio. YUMYUM and YUM!!!
