The one time I got a pedicure I left feeling dissatisfied. The staff were very rushed and spent almost no time scrubbing my feet or trimming my cuticles. I was in and out in less than 20 mins, which might entice some customers, but I left feeling like I could’ve gone elsewhere for a more substantial service for the same price.
The reason I give them 3 stars is because of their polish job. My nails looked nice, but my feet didn’t necessarily improve.

I used to go the one in college mall, but the work was not that good and the price was extremely high. Stop by nail world today and get gel polish for $ 35. I like both their work and the price.

I saw mixed reviews online but decided to try it out anyway. They were nice not super welcoming but they did there job and have done it well. Don’t listen about the comment about not using gloves. They wear gloves. And the place seems a little weird on the decoration side of things but it is clean and a good place if you just want to walk in. Most of the workers don’t know English but that isn’t something that bothers me that much. As long as they do a good job I don’t mind.

Nail World & Spa is the best nail salon in Bloomington by far. Every time I come to Bloomington I come here to get my nails done. They always take care of me and my nails are always perfect. The manicures and pedicures are amazing!

Nail World is fantastic! These people really know what they are doing. The salon is clean, the service is great, and the prices are fair for their services. Make an appointment because they can get really busy especially when the IU students are in town.
They are in a new, bigger location in Eastland plaza (better parking as well). It is better then their old location with more chairs and nail stations.
Trust me, these people will treat you well and do a great job.

My overall experience at Nail World and Spa was extremely unpleasant. From the moment I walked in I got a cold unwelcoming feeling. There was no one to check me in or greet me and the place looked unkept and dirty. I felt uncomfortable that they did not use gloves and generally thought the place was unhygienic. It was a waste of both my time and money. Horrible manicure as well. DO NOT GO HERE.
