Loved the a la mexicana breakfast burrito so much that we drove from Hood River several times for breakfast. The pork tacos are also VERY good and the biggest tacos I’ve ever gotten at a restaurant. Great food and friendly people.

Gotta tell it how it is. Been there two times and both times they were seriously not friendly, not rude, but acting as if your business doesn’t matter because they will survive anyway. And the food is just average.

Chicken tacos continue to be good however, I’ve noticed that they’ve started skimping out on the meat. Also, they’ve raised the prices of the tacos. It’s expected but unfortunate. Tacos here are $ 2.50 each. Would rather go to Gustavo’s tacos and pay $ 1.75.

I ate here twice and don’t see what the fuss is about people!!! $ 7.25 is on the high end for a take out burrito. I gave it a second chance and tried the asada burrito again… A pretty standard choice. WAY too much rice and beans along with a few chunks of tough, flavorless carne asada. Not much flavor, bland, very boring. Its not difficult to make this stuff, step up your game, less filler, maybe use some seasoning, better quality meat… Then it may be worth the price. Keep the shredded cabbage though, that’s the only compliment I can give your burrito.

Get the spicy meat! Yummy. There is a reason why this place always has a line at lunchtime. Very affordable

Worth driving across the bridge! Really good burritos. Got fond memories of a «hole in the wall“place that is all about the food? well this is it. Grab takeout or sit at one of the 6 little tables where there always seems to be a spot opening up at just the right time though often crowded … we locals know good food when we find it. Fast friendly service from a very nice family.

There are burritos, and then there are real burritos — huge, dripping, fresh and Mexican. This place is tiny — merely ten feet wide — and is run by a very sweet family. The shop is open from April to December, because the family lives in Mexico during the winter. The menu features simple, down-to-earth Mexican staples, burritos, tacos, quesadillas and tamales. In addition to soft drinks, they’ve got handmade Horchata. One caution though: even if all the tables are full — don’t try to eat these in the car! Unless, of course, you want to be a walking advertisement for El Rinconcito’s burritos for the rest of the day.

The place is very small with limited sitting outside, it is more for take out. The place is great place for burritos than it is for tacos.
