One of the best Wine Rooms I have ever been too. Great service, great owners, and beautiful location. Val and Bryan(owners) are amazing. Thank you so much for making my Big Bear experience perfect.

One of our favorite places to hang out in Big Bear. Great assortment of interesting wines that changes regularly. Can order by the glass or flight, plus ciders and craft beer. They also have cheese trays and bistro trays. Husband and wife run with friendly service. Comfortable lounging atmosphere, nice lighting, and cool music. Great live music last time we were here. No kids in the wine bar, but if you ask, they may open up their special back room w/couch, TV, Wii, etc. We try to stop by on every Big Bear trip. Check it out!

Zero Stars. Very disappointed and disgusted. We walked in and a gentleman standing by a table having a conversation with some folks said hello… little did I know that he was the person working there. My husband and I sat at the bar for about 5 or 6 minutes and we were never approached by anyone. There was one older lady and couple near so I quietly asked across the bar if anyone was here. She pointed to the man 10 feet away from us who said hello as we walked in the door. So disgusted, wr just left. Before that we were already critiquing the place noticing that it was dirty, there were very few selections, maybe 6 on the menu, it was very bright, and there were random bottles of wine just sitting around the backbar un-corked. It was a bit more like an amateur attempt at a wine bar. We just moved back here from the bay area where we were very warmly greeted by an owner or the attending sommelier, at every wine bar and wine tasting hangar we visited as they happily accepted the large amounts of money that we spent buying bottles of wine for family and friends. That was our intent tonight as Vintage Ports and specific Pinot’s are hard to come by here and we drove up here to Big Bear with the main intent to visit this craphole. So very sad. Im very glad to have learned that this attitude does not represent most of the locals here as Ive met a few! FYI. my husband is a tattood mexican and I am white… Hmmm. could this be it? You call it. Thier loss!

Love this place! The vibe is so friendly and warm. They’re so nice there. I think the owner use to work in oncology research, and she’s so sweet. On NYE, they had a live band, and at midnight, they have free champagne, hugs, and well wishes. They were also dressed in pajamas, and I saw the owners slow dance(so cute!). The wine is good, and they’ll let you taste before you buy. They also have cheese platters and food items that are not on the menu. The price is reasonable: about $ 7-$ 8 a glass. Between 6pm-10pm, there’s a $ 10 cover charge per a person. Overall, check this place out!

My family and I went last night and had a great time. I wasn’t drinking because I was already hungover, party hard, but they kept my water cup filled and were genuinely friendly and spent a lot of time talking and laughing with my family. Two thumbs up.

We had an excellent time here! Great way to spend an afternoon in Big Bear. Brian took very good care of us, even though it was extremely crowded and he was working by himself. He had excellent wine knowledge, and was always willing to tailor the tasting towards our pallet. He also brought out different chocolates and Merlot grapes to add to the experience. We got the flight(VERY reasonably priced at $ 12 with generous pours), and then we ordered the bistro plate, which had excellent cheeses. Would DEFINITELY recommend to anyone who wants a personalized and positive experience!

Such a welcoming place! And they have more than just wine. I had an excellent time having some nice craft beer and cheese. And it was great to chat with the wonderful staff. The live music sounds great — sorry that I didn’t get to visit during that time.

Big Bear’s version of Cheers! Valerie and Brian are the best. This is where we go on date night. We have met the best people here and love to easy going atmosphere. My wife got wine, I got beer from the great selection and we shared a soju flight. Love this place!

Terrible service… had to get my own drink from the cooler and open it myself and it took forever to pay and get out of there… owners are rude and snooty… they are the only people that work there and they act like they don’t really care if you’re there or not… it’s like being at a party you’re not invited to… avoid this place

Very laid back atmosphere. My friend and I came here after hiking. My friend did the wine flight and I chose the sake flight. Never have I ever learned so much about wine and sake in such a small amount of time. Great experience!

Wandered into this place when we were spending a weekend in Big Bear. It was pretty empty when we went around 5pm. The owner was very nice man who explained everything to us, and since hubby isn’t a big fan of wine, he went over different beers they had and made some recommendations. The beers he recommended were on point, and hubby and I enjoyed some beer as well as a flight of wine tasting(for me). Although the wine tasting was for 4 or 5 different wines, he threw in a couple more, so that was nice. We ordered the cheese tray, and he packed it up for us when we didn’t finish it. He even threw in extra crackers, which we enjoyed later at our inn with a bottle of wine we had brought. They also had live music, and the husband and wife team were interactive and engaging. When we left around 7, the lady even gave us a hug, so sweet! Very intimate, personable, and relaxing. Nice place to hang out for a couple of hours. Not sure if it gets crowded on other nights, but it was getting a little filled out when we were leaving. Recommend if you’re in the area!

Had the D’anbino flight for $ 12. Our server was very knowledgeable and very funny. All of the wines were excellent. The flavors were well complemented with the cheese plate. A great selection of craft beer and cider is also available. Live music on weekends!

I fell in love with this place. It’s a small little wine tasting room with lots of character. My boyfriend and I walked in on a Monday night around 630pm to find Bryan chatting it up with one of his regulars. He greeted us right away and asked us what we needed. We settled in at the bar and chose the bistro platter with a flight for each of us. The bistro platter is $ 17 — and well worth it! It comes with cheese, meat, crackers, berries, apricot, and some different sauces. Great to munch on while tasting some awesome wine. The taster was perfect. From white to red — and all the selections were really good. The service made this place 5 stars for me. We ended up staying for an hour and a half just talking and getting to know Bryan. What an awesome guy! He’s got plenty of stories to entertain you. I would DEFINITELYCOMEBACK.

Okay, I’m going to be VERYHONEST… I am INLOVE with this place. I LOVE Valerie, her daughter and husband. They are amazing people who actually care about what they are pouring and their customers. Throughout the years this place has become a must visit every time I visit Big Bear and along during this time they’ve become more like friends. The environment is great, so is the beer selection and it wouldn’t be as wonderful without these three amazing people. This place is a Big Bear M U S T and GEM!

My wife and I come here every time we visit Big Bear — and on our most recent 3-day visit for Oktoberfest, we went twice. The owners are good people, who are happy to sit and chat with you while you sip a beverage. The wine flights usually consist of wine that you don’t see anywhere else, which is nice. Being more of a beer drinker, I always look forward to peeking in the cooler for a new find. They have also added sake to the menu, which made for a fun and different tasting. As stated in my previous review, just a few more wines to choose from would definitely add the final star to this rating. We will most certainly be returning again and again.

Good wine. Interesting conversations. With the severe lack of snow in Big Bear this year we needed to find something else to do besides hit the slopes and the Le Dolce Vita Tasting Room was just the place! Just a few blocks down from the heart of The Village is the tasting room. Healthy pours for the wine flight for $ 12 plus got to try an additional tasting from a bottle they had opened earlier that night. Cheese plates look amazing. That is my one regret… do not pass up on the cheese plate. Warm and friendly vibe, occasional live music on Saturday nights and chat with the locals.

I’m super duper impressed with this place. We came in here kind of on a whim after seeing a bunch of good reviews on Unilocal and it absolutely did not disappoint. First off, the customer service from the husband/wife team is absolutely awesome. They’re personable, don’t push product, check up on you and genuinely seem to enjoy doing what they do. I opted to go with a beer tasting(get the 3 philosophers, its awesome) and a cheese platter. The cheese platter is a pretty insane deal. Luckily we were in a group of 5 people and it was enough to keep everyone happy. They might have a different selection of cheeses available so you may have a choice of which cheeses you want/dont want. Thats the vibe I got from it. If you’re not into beer, they also have wine and sake tasting and a pretty generous selection of alcoholic ciders. When its cold outside and you want to find a comfortable place to warm up, i would definitely pop into this place for a drink. Its also within walking distance of the village so if you’re staying near the village, you can walk here!
