This place is Beautiful! Walking distance to Big Bear Village which has great little shops and restaurants. Stayed in the 3 bedroom villas that was top notch all the way around. Complete luxury from top to bottom.

the stay here was pretty close to amazing… well… for the most part. we were here on a 3 day trip with a group of friends over the weekend during December and had an overall awesome time until we left and got a disgusting email from the club’s service center. they made a handful of false accusations of us and charged us all kinds of fees for ridiculous events and things that didn’t even happen. before we left the club we called the customer service desk to ask if they needed cleaning or if it was going to be provided to us. they specifically told us that cleaning was not needed. with that being said we thought it would be kind and courteous to lend them a hand so we decided to doing a bit of cleaning anyways. we picked up all the trash and cleaned up anything that was on the floor and even counters to make their lives a lot easier. well apparently they decided to make our lives a bit harder by making up bullshit. so in this email we received it stated that we left beer bottles ALL over the floors and counters which is 100% false. we cleaned every bit of the bottles that we used and even sorted them out into trashcans. the ones that we did leave out we neatly placed in their original boxes (because we were told that was okay). the letter also stated that there were many cigarette butts over the balcony which is completely ridiculous because we did not even touch a single cigarette nor would we even think about throwing anything over the balcony. there were other attendants smoking beside us, but i guess blaming anyone possible is ideal for this moronic club. they are greedy thieves and only want you for your money. they make up false accusations so they could rack up your fees and make innocent bystanders pay the bill hoping no one would notice… a great vacation with my friends overall, but i think ill take my business elsewhere. don’t get involved with this place. it may be nice on the outside, but there’s nothing but crooks working on the inside. we are now working on a dispute to fight these false accusations. they have no proof of anything, but neither do we unfortunately. we will take this into legal matters if we have to. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY! TAKE YOUR VACATION ELSEWHERE!

The Club at Big Bear is one of the most beautiful places I’ve seen. The people who run The Club including Britney are wonderful. The appliances and furnishings inside the condos are the finest, true luxury. If you are lucky enough to be an owner here, congratulations!
