I have bought and sold items at Heidi’s Consignment. Like any consignment store, it’s hit or miss when you shop — depending on your tastes. Over the years, I have found many one-​of-​a-​kind items for cabin décor, as well as jewelry that I love. Worth a visit.

This store is amazing! Greeted by the owner and felt like we knew her forever! She was so helpful and knew her inventory! Favorite place to come when I go to Big Bear!

AWFUL STAFF! What a DISGRACE to this otherwise perfect town. Take your poor attitudes ELSEWHERE. Walking around gorgeous Big Bear, stopped by to do some shopping, opened the door to be greeted by attitudes COLDER than the mountain air. Looking down their noses at us without a word, we had to chime a friendly, smiley HELLO! to break the tension. Literally glare at us and then ignore us as we’re peering in the jewelry cases… only focused attention our way just to make sure we’re not shoplifting, I’m sure –haha! Mind you, there was NOBODY else is in the place besides staff… cramped with overpriced used merch, atmosphere THICK with attitude and negativity. This behavior wouldn’t even be acceptable in 90 210: just where do you think you are? SHAME ON YOU ALL! They then continue to BOISTEROUSLY spew their venomous conversation (older man venting and complaining to older woman behind counter) about various ‘bad business’ dealings the entire 30 minutes we were there. We had enough, and left… but not before the b*tch behind the counter scowls and clears her throat loudly as we open the door! Really? Just wow. Apparently, I posses more tact and taste than her and exited post haste. I AM PROUD to be the first to leave a review. STAY AWAY from this uptight
hole in the wall and focus your cash on the MANY other mom n pop shops in
the area. Go under quick, sink and good riddance!
