We recently purchased a new mattress and base from Sleepy’s. Simon was an excellent an informative salesperson.
We did have a problem with our order once it was received, and were concerned about how Sleepy’s would handle it. After mentioning our concern on Facebook, a social media expert (J. Rudolph) called us directly, gave us his full name and direct number, and stayed with our purchase until all issues were resolved. We were impressed with Mr. Rudolph’s attention and professionalism, and the willingness of Sleepy’s to work with us. We will certainly buy from them again.

The beverly sleepy’s location has great customer service love Simon! however the warranty department does not stand by their product less than a year has gone by and my bed is sagging over an inch and a quarter not only do they refuse to replace it but they refused to even come out and check it for an in home inspection I have spent over 3700 dollars on this bed with frame in addition to purchasing three other beds from there for my home with frame and headboard and they do not even have the decency to give a crap about their high paying customers! I can honestly go ahead and say that I feel that the mattress professionals are just professional con artist! I willmake sure everyone i know, knows not to buy from sleepys! Sincerely very dissatisfied customer.

Sleepys gives great service when you buy a mattress, but the my do not back their product. One year from date of purchase and they will not accept my warranty claim on a mattress with a 5 year warranty. It’s been a month long process with a mattress I can’t sleep on. They don’t care. Go somewhere that backs their product.

Went to sleepys after work and met with Simon. He was a pleasant help and not pushy at all. We ended up buying a bed and got a great deal on a serta iseries. I would highly recommend this location and Simon. Fast delivery and great sales mean that sleepys Beverly is great and should be considered. We are extremely happy with the process and the help we received. Thanks again sleepys!
