Slumberrest Mattresses Futons & Waterbeds

This furniture is horrible. I purchased 2 Futons from them. I spent the extra money for the «top matteress». I’m sorry but my dogs beds are better than these matteresses. Another thing is both are broken already. These futons are not opened much and by the fifth time it was opened the screw broke right through the wood. Now this happened twice one and they fixed it once with a different wood and it broke again. Now I have two broken futons that I spent over $ 600.00 on each of them. They did not last a month. They are made terribly and are way over priced. Now this business is known for futons you would think the quality would be there. I will never go back and I tell evryone to stay away if you want your furniture to last more than a month. When I called them about the problem they said we are to rough with them. I’m sorry but all we do is make it a bed a few times per month. and the wood just cracks. I believe it is a design problem because it happened to both of them and one of them twice. Save your money there stuff is garbage.
