It seems as though this place has gone downhill. When we started ordering pizza from there back in 2013 it was delicious! Delivery times were spot on too. Since then, all I can say is, wow. The customer service is awful, and the pizza is well… Awful. If you want to wait for a good long while, order from here. If you want cheese that is hard and crust that is tough, order from here. I once had a delivery completely messed up and not how I ordered it(my husband and friend were both standing in front of me as I placed the call) the woman argued with me and told me that they made it the way I ordered it. Suffice it to say, we will not be ordering from this place again, which is a shame because I love to order from local businesses.

I work in a nearby call center, we order here once a week, the food is satisfactory and comes in a timely manner. Be careful ordering on Grub Hub as descriptions are highly under explained and the company says they are not accountable. I was unsatisfied with their salads and pastas but the owner is onto something with those lasagna rolls. Overall 3 out of 5 because they feel they should not honor the customer when something is malexplained and the customer requests a refund.

We were not impressed with Broad St Pizza’s food. I ordered cheese fries with cheddar cheese. No where on the menu did it say the cheddar cheese would be spicy. That was an automatic$ 5.00 in the garbage sine I cant eat spicy food. The rest of the food was just mediocre at best. Not on our go to list for return orderes.

Had delivery and they did a great job and on time. Chicken bacon ranch pizza and it was on the money. Cheese sticks were still hot inside even after a drive in this cold weather — no microwave used here. These were like fresh made. Philly steak will be for lunch tomorrow, but it is going to take some willpower not to snag a bite because it smells so good. (Some people will just complain about everything — I try to keep it real. Real deal this is a good delivery with good food)

Their customer service is the absolute worst! Ordered lunch for the office and they messed up on a STEAK sandwich. They sent it with cheese and charged for cheese. Called and the guy gave me a hard time. I know what I ordered and he f’d up. Anyway he ended up sending someone with a STEAK sandwich. So we do another lunch order and try to get the difference credited off of the bill for the mistake with the sandwich. The man on the phone says«she is crying about her money what do you want me to do?» Really. Like I said customer service isn’t worth s#*t. I have had the cheesesteaks here and they are awesome in my opinion but the service just makes me not want to order from them.

It’s a really sad thing when a restaurant cooks good food, but the customer service is so poor that it over shadows the food. Twice I’ve ordered delivery and they’ve got it wrong. I gave them a pass on the first, because it was tasty. Last night they sent the wrong burger, no catsup when I requested extra and the hotdog was just a sliced-up weiner between two pieces of limp white bread. And the fries were cold and limp. So I decided to call and let them know about the order. The a-hole answering the phone told me I was wrong and that was what I ordered, and by the way, we ran out of hot dog buns. He then hung up on me. Perhaps all the 4 and 5 star raters are eating in.

If you are the type of person that appreciates waiting 90 minutes for a cold pizza to be delivered, then being screamed at that it’s your fault, this is the place for you! They have some association with Jack’s Brick’s Oven Pizza on Route 191, so you also run the risk of encountering the same treatment at that location as well. Save yourself the aggravation and an hour and half of hunger pains and pass right by this dump, food isn’t that great and the owners don’t value your business… probably won’t be open for much longer.

Simply great pizza! This particular location and business has changed hands about 6 times in the past 12 years. The current owner is doing a great job. The pizza is fantastic. I haven’t really tried other items on the menu… why would I it’s a pizza place and their pizza is fantastic.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza and it seemed like the bacon was not cooked verry well. I called up and was yelled at saying it was cooked, I went there to return the pizza and he put his hand in the soggy. «Cooked bacon» threw some in his mouth and put the rest back in the bin saying see its cooked. Yum …

After rightfully passing on this place for close to a year we recently placed an order since our regular in town pizza joint is closed on Sunday. Now when I say pizza joint that does not mean that I ordered pizza from Broad Street because honestly I’ve tried it several times and each time it was either horribly greasy/oily or the sauce/cheese ratio was seriously way off with there being entirely too much cheese. I do know a person or two who thinks their pies are fine but for every one of them I know five who are have tried it and seriously dislike it. Now the thing that seems to be the saving grace here is their sandwiches. We tried their mozz sticks, meatball parm sandwich and the veggi-boli with the results being all over map. The mozz sticks tasted freshly microwaved.(Hot outside — cool to almost cold inside) The meatball parm sandwich was fantastic. Good size to it, nice amount of sauce and a very sturdy bread that kept the whole thing together. The veggie-boil was also received very well although when I called to order the the person who answered the phone had to be reminded that yes, they do have such a thing on their menu. They told me 20 minutes and I walked in after a little more than 30 to find the order just being put into a bag so thankfully I wasn’t there on time nor was I in a hurry because clearly they weren’t. I guess what this boils to down is that while I live close enough that this place should be a #1 go-to option I can’t bring myself to it unless I am under the duress of total laziness in terms of not wanting to drive someone/it’s Sunday so our regular spot is not open. I mean I’ll bump Broad Street to two stars but their food just doesn’t do it for me and that hasn’t changed since almost day one right up until last week.

Chris obviously has an agenda and a grudge against the owners of the Pizzeria. I live a block away from Broad Street Pizza and eat there 3 or more times a week. Never had a bad experience. Everything they make is delicious. I’ve had the pizza and sandwiches and also many of the dinners. Big portions. The pizza crust is the best I’ve ever eaten.

Amato’s Pizza is now Broad Street Pizzeria! The new owners are family friends of Amato’s. They also run Jake’s Brick Oven Pizza in Bethlehem. Broad Street delivers. They take credit cards. And the pizza is fantastic. On the north side, I prefer it over both Marco’s and Nick’s. The sauce tastes like tomatoes and I even ate the entire crust. Broad Street Pizzeria has the same phone number as Amato’s, so they can preserve the local clientele. Yay! I’m a fan.
