I don’t really understand why are people complaining about this place. I’ve been coming here regulary(2 – 3 times a week) since august 2014, and my meals were always awesome. The staff is awesome, they even remembered what I eat, so thats really cool. I just stepped out of this place, it’s 9:50am and the place was empty, but guess what, i didnt take them more than few minutes to make 2 footlong subs… i think that people that complained never worked in this industry, and they don’t understand how things work.

Theres a new guy working there, completely rude and seems pissed off everytime he has to make a sandwich. Not only that I had to wait a while in the store as no one seemed to be at the counter. Management needs to train their people better.

The change machine wasn’t working and being that I just woke up from sleeping on the bench out front of subway I wasn’t thinking about the .32 cents change along with the 3.00 I got back from buying the 1.68 coffee and simple math is 5.00−1.68 = 3.32 the short ugly immigrant working there tried playing me for a fool and that really pisses me off if I wasn’t banned from wildwood shopping center I’d be at Starbucks right now and yes I prefer it there cause I got a gold card so 2.07 for a coffee gets cheaper by each refill I get not here at subway!

I was the only customer in line. The only sandwich artist was making my order. Once the sub was in the oven and ready, another customer came in and ordered 3 subs. The sandwich artist left my sub in the oven as she made the other 3 subs. She toasted the 3 subs and finished my one sub and was about to wrap it when the oven bell indicated the 3 were ready. She stopped my order again and finished the other 3 and finished mine last. Terrible service. Contacted the district manager, Jose’ by text an email and shared my substandard experience. No reply and no care for this customer. Won’t go back to this poorly run store.

I saw the other posts, but didn’t have those issues. I ate in at lunch. It was pretty busy, but they had the staff to accommodate the volume coming through. And the bathroom was clean too. That’s important!

This subway pisses me off. It gets really really busy when the high school kids come out for lunch, this is not their fault. But when the store is empty, it takes forever to get your sandwich and get out. The employees don’t seem to give a hoot. They sit there and talk to each other in spanish while you’re standing there trying to give an order. Their change machine is a piece of junk too. If you’re change is 90 cents, have fun getting all dimes and nickels in return. They also have the moco bag law messed up. The law lets you get a bag for to go food. But they’re so dumb they charge you for one even though it’s supposed to be free. I’ve told them this many times they don’t listen.
