My family was looking to relocate from Virginia to Maryland (yes, we reluctantly made the move!) and we were very fortunate to receive a realtor recommendation from a friend when we were looking to purchase a new home.
We are so grateful that our friends recommended Sarah to be our agent. She patiently and expertly introduced the Montgomery County area to us, dealing not only with our limited knowledge of the area, but also our little toddler dictator, who restricted our house hunting excursions. She showed us a variety of neighborhoods and helped us determine what was most important to us in a house and neighborhood. Once we decided to move forward with a house, she walked us through the process and advocated for us every step of the way.

19 years ago Sarah was our agent and helped us sell our house and purchase a new one. She gave us great advice in preparing our house for the sale and pricing. Any time we had a question, all we had to do was call or email and we had an answer very quickly. She negotiated on our behalf and we were very happy to successfully sell our house and purchase the next one we wanted. Sarah has an extensive knowledge of real estate and many certifications that make her an expert in her field, which is why we are using her again.

I was fortunate enough to meet Sarah on a cross country flight almost 15 years ago. At the time my husband and I were looking to buy our first house. In 2003, in a competitive market, she found us our perfect place where we started our family. As first-​time homebuyers, Sarah worked closely with us, answering all of our questions, explaining the process, and truly advising us. She always looked out for our best interest. In 2008, our family was growing again, and she helped us sell our starter home and enabled us to move in to our current forever home. It was challenging — it was a time when the market had reached its apex, and the balloon was bursting. In spite of that, we still made money in selling our home, and won the bidding for our current home.
