During some of the coldest temperatures this winter our furnace went out. Mark at IQ came on the weekend and diagnosed the problem and explained it to me in furnasese and fixed it. In the past when I have called the company that installed it they have responded as though I was an inconvenience. IQ responded like I had just called 911. Service was professional, courteous and thorough.
