Dunkin’ Donuts

Great staff! IMO they make better donuts etc than the one on 202. The manager here is one of the hardest working guys I’ve ever met. All good people here.

Because this is the closest Dunkin Donuts to my house, I often visit to pick up a quick breakfast or a drink. However, on multiple occasions, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service. Once I waited in line for a long time while (I’m assuming) the manager was yelling loudly at one of the employees. He was incredibly disrespectful and paid no attention to me for at least 5 minutes. How embarrassing is it for the employee to be called out in front of a customer?
Another time when I visited, the lady at the counter was chatting with an employee and took her time to receive my order. When I paid her in cash, she accused me of only paying with a 5 dollar bill when I indeed paid with a 10 dollar bill and continued to question me in order to get the change back. She only backed off after I insisted.
Terrible service. Prices are on the high end too. I don’t plan on returning often.

Avoid if you can. Due to the location (the Hills in Bedminster/​Basking Ridge) the prices are higher than your standard Dunkin Donuts. I thought it was odd that I spent as much here as I had at a Starbucks down the hill. Checked the prices at a DD closer to work, and there you go. About a dollar or so more per item at this location.

This DD is a little off the beaten path and in «The Hills». I don’t get to this location very often as I live closer to other DD’s but I have no problem with this place. It’s clean and relatively fast and efficient. You can’t ask for much else from a DD. They also had a ton of different holiday gift cards to choose from which was a nice perk. Plenty of parking, as well.

The service here has been good and the wait time is much less than the dunkin donuts in Bedminster. There was one time when I ordered the turkey sausage egg and cheese sandwich on an English muffin and instead I got it on two pieces of flatbread. There was another time when I questioned a charge on my receipt and the person at the cashier was very defensive about why she charged me a certain amount. This is fine, but a customer should always be able to make sure that they are being charged appropriately. It is clean and there is plenty of parking available. But I rate it 3 stars based on the two equivocal/​negative experiences I had.
