On a road trip and was looking for an easy on and off place to get some food and coffee, so when i aaw the Starbucks sign i was happy. This one is right off 78 in a little strip mall with limited parking in front but more in the back. They are blasting the a/c so i got a hot coffee and the sandwiches are almost gone so i used my coupon to get a discounted breakfast sandwich. I was looking forward to the chicken artichoke, oh well. The guys working are quick and efficient and friendly as well as patient, thank you! The bathroom is clean and the wifi is free!

One of the busiest Starbucks in the area, but it’s well worth the wait. The staff goes above and beyond for the customers. The baristas are always very kind and genuine. By far my favorite Starbucks in the area.

It’s an overpriced coffee house. Nothing special here except for the«brand» brainwashed crowd lol. I don’t get it.

It’s Starbucks so you really can’t go wrong with the coffee. However, you can go wrong with the service. If you’re in a rush this isn’t the place to get your cup of joe. I went in for a drink around 5:00pm on a Friday — I was the only person in line it took 10 minutes before I got my drink. The drink was great but the wait wasn’t worth it.

I had several questions about the cold coffees as well as the bagged stuff. The very lovely Emma(!!!) was patient and helpful. A pleasant experience.

One person working the register, another hustling to work through a queue of half a dozen drinks, and THREE people standing around shooting the breeze, singing, goofing off. Took 15 minutes to get a simple coffee, when it should have taken 5 or less. When the guy finally got around to my drink, he made it wrong, and instead of just starting over, cursed and poured 1⁄3 of it into the sink, topped it off a bit, and filled the rest up with ice. 15 minute wait and wrong-made drink. And I paid $ 4 for this? No thanks. Only reason for the 2nd star is that the employees were pleasant. Even the ones who weren’t really working.

A perfect combination of beautiful interior and painfully slow service. You can stand around forever waiting for your drink but admire the artwork and the architecture. A typical Starbucks, extremely underwhelming but always worth it. Merica!

It’s the closest one to my home, and the Bernardsville one but I like this one better because it’s bigger and isn’t crowded with teenagers. The service is really good and they always brew a perfect cup of coffee. What more could people want in a coffee shop?

Good things: they serve you .I mean that’s the point of a coffee shop right??? Wrong… I envision a coffee shop that offers quiet escape from the windy, cold of November, giving the customer a place to sip a brew and contemplate scripts, poems, and innovations fueled by caffeine intoxication… I imagine a place that becomes a portal to get lost in for as long as needed to rejuvenate and re-awaken ones creativity… Now, I knew full well what I was expecting coming into Starbucks today… the green siren stamped to each and every cup sleve, a crew of teenagers chattering away about Facebook posts and incriminating instagram photos… wall to wall customers waiting in an endless line who lack awareness of others seated around them… I even worked for a starbucks for a short while as a(loosely termed) «partner»…and am fully acquainted with rude consumers, ungrateful kids and the sometimes pretentious«regulars» … So I suppose the point of my rant is to seek out others who feel the same and have found that secret nook that everyone who walks into Starbucks yearns for –minus the commercialism– a place of tranquility, self discovery and peace… No offense to you Starbucks… you mean well. the jazz music isn’t half bad, this idealist is just looking for a bit more…

FLIES! There are constantly flies in this store — zipping past one’s face or walking all over the tables. If the flies have free reign of the seating areas, what are they doing being closed doors in food prep? Put up some fly paper, please! Adding a star because the staff is lovely.

The staff is friendly but this is by far the slowest Starbucks on the planet. I come I here almost everyday and frequently walk out if there is more than 3 people in line because it’s a guaranteed 15 min+ wait for a cup of coffee.

The service is agonizingly slow. The young workers just chat while the line grows. One person working and 3 standing around confused. 7 minutes to get cake pops for the kids. Management needs to provide better training and supervision. Bad experience.

This Starbucks is located of Exit 33 on Route 78 in Basking Ridge. It’s in a shopping plaza with dangerous, tight parking. People really do not pay attention while backing in and out of their spots so I recommend you park at the end of the plaza and walk down to the Starbucks. It’s really busy in the morning. It’s across the road from an office plaza. I assume this office plaza has crappy coffee and the business people come here for their caffeine fix. Service is adequate. The baristas have a big smile and cheer me up when I am a crank pot from sitting in traffic. I only stop here if traffic is really awful and need a break from driving as the locations by my office are a little faster. Location is small and there isn’t much seating. I wouldn’t come here to read or do work. Serves it’s purpose as a rest stop for me. Thanks Starbucks!

3 stars only because the one woman who works there is extremely friendly to the customers. Other than that, the drinks are inconsistent. Never know if I am going to get a good drink, or awful drink one day.

I feel like there are 2 types of people in this world: Those who drink Starbucks coffee and those who drink Dunkin Donuts coffee. I am a DD coffee drinker, but I do come here from time to time because it is very convenient. I don’t know what it is about Starbucks, but I just don’t like their coffee. It always tastes a little burnt to me and I also hate the fact that I am only given a black coffee and I have to add whatever I want. It never turns out as good when someone else makes it. As far as this Starbucks goes, it’s your pretty standard Starbucks. There is a decent amount of seating and I also find it funny that they make such a big deal out of making a cup of coffee. They take your name, write it on the cup, etc. I know some people are in love with Starbucks — just not me.
