Definitely positive experience! I used TrueCare24 after being sick for several days. I didn’t have time for urgent care visit and decided to give them a chance.
Doctor contacted me in 5 minutes after I made a request in truecare app. She asked me about my condition and symptoms, and promised to arrive in 2 hours.
I continued doing my stuff and yes, in two hours Paula was standing outside of my doorstep. She examined me for 10 minutes, told me I had bronchitis, prescribed meds and recommended a follow-​up in a week. All that took half an hour without ever leaving my apartment. Paula also provided me with all the medication I needed so didn’t even go to drugstore.
The experience exceeded my expectations. That’s so much better than visiting an urgent care clinic, which rarely takes less than two hours in a company of really sick people.
Would use truecare24 again.
